| General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the Symposium of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Schools held on March 18,2019(hereinafter referred to as "Symposium of Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses")that "it is an important project to promote the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools and promote the connotative development of ideological and political courses".Ideological and political course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,which is a long-term and continuous gradual process.Influenced by the traditional educational system,the education and teaching of ideological and political courses and the cultivation of talents are blocked by different sections,and there are some disadvantages such as poor communication,ineffective education and repeated superposition among different sections of universities,primary and secondary schools.To meet the strategic needs of talent cultivation in the development of the new era and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,it is necessary to promote the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools as a whole,break through the barriers between schools and promote the connection between schools,which is an urgent problem to be solved at present.The solution to this problem mainly starts from three aspects.First,on the basis of previous achievements,define the related concepts of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,and explain the theoretical basis of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools;Analyze the internal relationship between the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,personnel training and moral education;This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of connecting the integrated sections of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools from the aspects of integrity,continuity and spiral progressiveness of educating people in ideological and political courses.Secondly,on the basis of investigation and research,this paper analyzes the current difficulties and causes of the convergence of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools under the background of integration,such as lack of unified organization and coordination,asymmetric information between schools,and weak awareness of teachers’ convergence of ideological and political courses.The reason for the above problems lies in the lack of specific and effective top-level design for the connection between school sections by the education authorities,and the system and mechanism are not perfect;There are artificial barriers between schools and there is a lack of an effective docking platform;Teachers’ access requirements are uneven and their qualities are different.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the problems,combined with the existing problems,from the perspective of integration,this paper puts forward the path of connecting ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools.At the macro-strategic level,local education authorities at all levels should combine the characteristics of regional education and teaching,formulate practical policies and measures for the convergence of school sections,and provide policy guarantees to make the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools truly land;At the level of teacher construction,strengthen the access system of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,strengthen professional training,optimize the teachers,and provide a strong starting point for the connection of school segments;At the level of teaching practice,focus on the teaching system to provide a way for the connection of learning segments,so as to connect learning segments,promote integration and improve the effectiveness of education. |
