In this paper,through the analysis of the influence of the all-carbon weighted badminton racket assistant training method on the technical action of the badminton high-distance Ball,the feasibility of the application of the all-carbon weighted badminton racket assistant training method in the badminton high-distance ball technique is proved,the data from the experiment were used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the all-carbon weighted badminton racket training.Through the experiment,the all-carbon weighted badminton racket assistant training method is applied to the teaching of high-altitude badminton.This paper compares and analyzes the differences between the all-carbon weighted badminton racket training and the traditional training methods,and provides various training methods for badminton lovers.The aim of the experiment is to prove the feasibility of the training,the direct effect is to improve the badminton skill level of the students,the indirect effect is to improve the students’ interest in learning.The research methods used in this paper include Literature Review,expert interview,teaching experiment and data statistics.The subjects were 20 students between the ages of 9 and 10 who had been studying badminton for a month.During the one-month training,the same coach will teach according to the lesson plan.During the experimental group with all-carbon weighted badminton racket swing,the control group with ordinary training racket swing.The main contents of the study include the speed of the high-altitude badminton racket,the angle between the high-altitude badminton racket and the closing racket,the technical action and the falling point distance of the high-altitude badminton racket to judge the effect of the auxiliary training method of the all-carbon weighted badminton racket.The conclusions are as follows: First,the all-carbon weighted badminton racket assistant training method has a good effect on improving the swing speed of the students.The second is that the traditional training is better than the carbon-weighted badminton racket in training the angle between the swing and the closing.The third is the two training methods for students to improve the performance of specific skills,but for the closing action,the effect of traditional training is better.The fourth is the all-carbon weighted badminton racket auxiliary training method for the long-range improvement of badminton is more obvious.
