Badminton is favored by more and more people because of its full interest,adjustable amount of exercise,and easy to carry.The high ball technique is one of the basic skills of badminton and an important part of the training for badminton lovers.This experiment research to a set of resistance training tool,based on the theory of resistance training method,the badminton ball high technology as the research key,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the author built a high ball training plan,validation resistance on combination and training in the badminton ball high technology effect,the application and test analyses the students' interest in learning sports,sport motivation and other psychological qualities.It aims to improve students' badminton skills,cultivate their interest in learning and promote their all-round development.The results are as follows:(1)resistance racquet training and traditional training can improve the joint speed and swing speed of students;Compared with the traditional training,the resistance racquet combination training significantly improved the joint speed and swing speed of the students when they hit the high ball(P < 0.05),especially the improvement of the swing speed(P < 0.01).It shows that the resistance racquet training hasmore promoting effect on the improvement of students' speed quality when hitting the high ball than the traditional training.(2)resistance racket training and traditional training have an effect on improving students' special technical performance;Compared with the traditional training,the resistance racquet combination training significantly improved the accuracy and overall score of the high ball hitting(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the scores of the two teaching methods(P > 0.05).It shows that the training of resistance racquet sets has more obvious effect on the improvement of students' technical performance of high ball,but there is little difference between the two teaching methods in the teaching effect of technical action standards.(3)resistance racket set training and traditional training have improved students' exercise motivation;Compared with traditional training,resistance racket training is more conducive to improving students' internal motivation(P < 0.05),while there is no significant difference between the two teaching methods in the improvement effect of external motivation(P > 0.05).(4)resistance racquet training and traditional training both promoted the learning interest of badminton students(P < 0.05);However,compared with traditional training,resistance racquet combination training can improve students' learning interest more quickly,andresistance racquet combination training can more effectively cultivate students' interest in "skill learning".
