Abstract/Summary:
The development of campus football is a basic project to achieve China’s football dream and build a powerful sports country,which is of great significance to deepen education reform and stimulate the national spirit.In recent years,with the support of relevant policies,the Ministry of Education has led the implementation of the "campus football strategy" nationwide to vigorously develop campus football.The rapid growth of the national volume requires a large number of youth campus football teachers,and the demand for campus football teachers has begun to transform from "quantity" to "quality".At the same time,the existing campus football teachers still have the problem of inadequate teaching ability,the lack of visual scale to evaluate the ability of youth campus football teachers,it is imperative to conduct an objective and systematic evaluation of youth campus football teachers ability,therefore,the establishment of youth campus football characteristic school football teacher ability evaluation index system.It provides reference for the sustainable and healthy development of campus football and the development of football teachers,which is conducive to further improving the quality of campus football development and the quality and ability of football teachers.This paper takes the construction of the ability evaluation index system of football teachers in schools with youth campus football characteristics as the research object,and adopts the literature data method,Delphi method,expert interview method,hierarchical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the influencing factors of football teachers in youth football characteristic schools and put forward feasible suggestions.The study has reached the following conclusions:(1)In this paper,the expert questionnaire survey method is used to finally determine three levels of indicators of the ability evaluation index system of football teachers in schools featuring youth campus football,including 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 61 third-level indicators.The complete index system is interrelated and progressive.It can clearly and comprehensively reflect the ability and quality required by the teachers in the characteristic school of youth football.Evaluation index system weight table(see Table 39).(2)Through analytic hierarchy process,matrix analysis and weight calculation,the weight of each index is obtained.Among the first-level indexes of the ability evaluation of football teachers in schools featuring youth campus football,there are five first-level indexes: professional quality(0.101),teaching ability(0.280),training ability(0.338),management ability(0.133)and knowledge structure(0.149).(3)According to the ability evaluation index system of football teachers in schools featuring youth campus football,an operable ability evaluation scale of football teachers in schools featuring youth campus football is developed,the weight coefficient of each index is defined,the ability of football teachers is evaluated objectively,systematically and comprehensively,and the teaching in the future is provided with theoretical guidance.
