Research On The Coaching Ability Of Coaches In Social Football Youth Training Institutions In Beijing

The development of football is closely related to the quantity and quality of its reserve talents.The coaching ability of coaches has a great influence on the development of athletes’ competitive ability and the performance of sports teams.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of coaching ability of Beijing youth football coaches,this paper provides references for the selection and training of high-quality football coaches,the promotion of coaches’ coaching ability,the development of training quality of youth football institutions and the cultivation of reserve talents in China.This article through the literature material law,combined with the expert survey and the interview results,it is concluded that Beijing social organization for youth football coaches coaching ability evaluation indexes,through the Delphi method to index change eventually come to the screening questionnaire index,youth organizations in Beijing by the method of sampling coaches visit investigation,using SPSS software to investigate the results into a single sample test and correlation analysis,it is concluded that the Beijing youth organization coaches coaching ability present situation and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.To establish the social organization for youth football coach in Beijing’s coaching ability evaluation index is composed of 54 elements,including training ability and competition ability,education management ability,learning and innovation ability of 4 first-level indicators,technical training,tactical training,14 secondary indicators,such as physical training ability and the ability to technical demonstration,technical guidance,36 tertiary indicators.2.Coaches from Beijing youth football training institutions have a relatively high level of coaching ability,especially technical demonstration ability,technical guidance ability,ability to cultivate good team spirit and discipline,as well as the ability to cultivate players’ cooperative spirit and aggressive spirit.3.Among the 36 items of coaching ability,9 items of coaches in Beijing are deficient in technical error correction ability,ability to control training load and ability to formulate game tactics;4.The coaching ability of coaches is mainly influenced by the level,duration,age,educational background,sports level and sports experience of coaches,and different influencing factors have different degrees of influence on different sub-abilities.
