| With the continuous promotion of the reform of the professional title system,China for the first time included the group of Non System Trainers into the evaluation scope,which is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm of Non System Trainers and promote the development of the sports industry.In order to ensure the smooth development of professional title evaluation of Non System Trainers in Shanghai,this study attempts to build a scientific and practical professional title evaluation index system that is in line with the development status of Non System Trainers in China.This research uses the method of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and mathematical statistics method,under the guidance of System Theory,Performance Evaluation Theory,Human Capital Theory and Incentive Theory,combined with index system Theoretical research method,taking the evaluation index system of Non System Trainers as the research object,constructing the evaluation index system of Non System Trainers from three aspects: selection of evaluation indicators,weight setting and connotation analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Research formed by solution layer(62 measures of thirdly index),the criterion layer(11 measures of secondary index)and executive layer(4 measures of first-level index)of tertiary evaluation index system,implements the Non System Trainers working content of the comprehensive summary,working for Shanghai Non System Trainers title appraisal system provides the basic conditions,The evaluation mode of professional title of Non System Trainers has been established from four aspects: professional quality,teaching ability,knowledge level and work performance.(2)The weight distribution results of professional title evaluation indexes of Non System Trainers in Shanghai are reasonable.The weight distribution of the 4measures of first-level indexes from high to low is professional accomplishment(0.3241)> teaching ability(0.3133)> knowledge level(0.2412)> work performance(0.1214).The weight setting results of all indicators passed the consistency test(CR <0.1)and could be used as the reference basis for the importance of indicators,which solved the problem of quantitative operation of qualitative indicators.(3)The research puts forward the use strategies and suggestions for the practical application of evaluation indicators from the three aspects of indicator meaning,evaluation significance and evaluation content,completes the connotation analysis of evaluation indicators of professional titles of Non System Trainers in Shanghai,and improves the evaluation efficiency of each indicator. |
