| Flower ball cheerleading operation is a collection of music,dance,gymnastics and fitness in one of the sports,with a variety of complex operational movements and flexible and balanced,jump and turn of the difficult movements,because of the strong rhythm,the atmosphere of high appeal,by the modern young people love.The ability of body balance is the sign of the coordination of the muscles of each part of the body,and also the guarantee of mastering sports skills and preventing sports injuries.In this study,core stability training is integrated into cheerleading exercise,and the influence of core stability training on balance ability is discussed.The effect of core stability training on technique and sports injury prevention was analyzed.The special training program of cheerleading is discussed.Also for the scientific and effective promotion of student’s body balance provides a certain theoretical basis.Through the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and experiment,20 8-10 years old girls in Xi ’an Jindi Children’s Sports Activity Center were selected as the experimental objects.Core stability,static balance,dynamic balance,eight-point star offset balance and special technical movements were selected as the test indexes.By using mathematical statistics and logical analysis method,the measured data are compared and analyzed,from which the influence of core stability training on students’ balance ability and core stability is obtained,and the reasons for its occurrence are analyzed.Research results:(1)After 14 weeks of intervention,both the experimental group and the control group had improved in the grade 8 abdominal bridge of the core region stability test,After intervention,the grade 8 abdominal bridge test indexes of the experimental group and the control group had a significant difference(P < 0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.(2)The test results of the control group before and after standing on one leg with eyes closed showed no significant difference(P > 0.05);The experimental group of students in the test before and after standing on one leg with eyes closed significantly improved(P < 0.01).After intervention,the static balance of the experimental group and the control group had a very significant difference(P < 0.01),and the improvement of the experimental group was greater than the control group.(3)According to the training,there were significant and very significant differences in the dynamic balance between the two groups after the experiment(P <0.05 and P < 0.01)in the closed-eye stepping and eight-point star offset balance tests.(4)Through the experimental intervention,the balance of students in the experimental group was significantly improved(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after 1 week of the experiment(P < 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Through training,it is known that core stability training can improve children’s core strength and body stability more than traditional training,and play a positive role in the development of cheerleading balance ability.(2)The experiment shows that the influence of core stability training on static balance ability is better than that of traditional core waist and abdomen strength training,showing a significant difference in static balance.(3)It indicates that core stability training can significantly improve students’ dynamic balance ability,indicating that core stability training can coordinate the mobilization ability of muscles in different directions,improve the coordination and flexibility of special muscles,and thus promote the improvement of dynamic balance ability.(4)After 14 weeks of core stability training,indicating that the core stability training content is richer and more novel than the traditional core strength quality training,and can improve the training interest and enthusiasm of the practitioners,which is an effective training method to improve the special technical ability. |
