| The American Professional Men’s Basketball League（NBA for short）is the world’s top league.In terms of the perfection of the league system and the operation of the surrounding industry,as well as the technical and tactical level of the athletes and coaches,it is the world’s top level,and its development plays a decisive role in the direction of the future development of basketball.The mid-range shooting technique has been widely used by NBA players as a conventional technique and has an important position in NBA league.Especially in the 90 s and ’00 s were Michael Jordan,kobe Bryant,dirk nowitzki numerous large-scale use of superstars,such as the role of the mid-range shots technology play in the top position,although in NBA10 s "ball era" gradually be helped "running" and "three points" technology mask to light,But it is still widely used as an important scorer in the NBA playoffs.In this paper,the application of mid-range shooting techniques by the core players of the NBA championship teams in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 seasons in the NBA playoffs is studied.Observe and statistics how NBA super stars who won the championship in2018-2019 season and 2019-2020 season display the mid-range shooting technology and scoring situation in the playoffs,analyze how the mid-range shooting technology plays a role in the NBA playoffs,and provide training ideas and reference for the special training of high-level athletes.This study adopts the method of literature,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The results are as follows: The three core players played well in the playoffs,using the mid-range shooting ratio in a significant and efficient manner,while under the defense of various areas and different intensities,they can use different offensive means to complete the final shot,proving the value of mid-range shooting in the playoffs.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The core of the three champions all take mid-range shooting as their main scoring skill.Their mid-range shooting skill is characterized by a large number of singles with the ball and a stable hit ratio,which accounts for a large proportion of the scoring.2.As a core player,has a high open shooting percentage in such situations without defensive interference;The core players shot 45 percent or more when the defender was in position,and 40 percent when the opponent was on close guard.3.As a core player,he will be closely guarded by the opposing team,so he usually shoots in defensive interference.The number of weak defensive interference shots is the highest,and the percentage of no interference defensive shots is the highest.4.The scoring and scoring efficiency of core players in the playoffs are easily restricted by the defense due to the small proportion of mid-range shots and relatively low shooting percentage;In contrast,players who use more mid-range shots and are more objective in their shooting percentages tend to have more consistent overall scoring statistics or better scoring and shooting performance in the playoffs.5.Midrange shooting techniques vary greatly from position to position.The middle range shooting of the inside players is mostly by holding the ball back to attack,or in the run without the ball to catch teammates pass shooting;For outside players,the mid range shot is mostly used for singles with a spherical frame,or catch the ball and shoot directly in place.6.As an inside player,the mid-range shooting area is mostly at 0° Angle and 45° low to catch the ball and play alone;For defenders and forwards and other outside players,the attack starting point is also 90° arc top position and 45° Angle position. |
