Comparative Study On The Application Of Shooting Techniques In The Confrontation Between The CBA Playoff Teams In The 2017-2018 Season

At present,high-level basketball competitions show the characteristics of diversified tactics,intense physical confrontation and more ornamental competition.Especially in man-to-man close-to-body defense and aggressive defense such as full-court press,it is increasingly difficult for offensive players to obtain the best shot opportunity in the game.It can be seen that in order to win the final basketball match,players need to improve their shooting skills.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature,expert questionnaire and video observation to analyze the shooting skills of the top four teams in the CBA playoffs in the 2017-2018 season.The results show that:1.The average age of the top four teams in the CBA playoffs in the2017-2018 season is between 25.3 and 27.9 years old.Their height mainly concentrates on 195.7cm-200.4cm,and their weight generally maintains at 90.3kg-99.2kg.2.The shooting methods and shooting opportunities under strong confrontation are mainly single-handed shoulder shooting and sub-strong interference shooting,among which Liaoning and Guangdong teams are the main ones.Shandong Team and Guangxia Team are good at high-throw shooting,low-hand shooting,hook shooting and breakthrough shooting respectively.Under strongconfrontation,shooting areas and scoring are mainly left low position shooting and 2-point shooting.3.Under sub-strong confrontation,shooting methods and shooting opportunities are mainly single-handed shoulder shooting and sub-weak interference shooting.Shandong Team,Guangxia Team,Guangdong Team and Liaoning Team are good at high throwing,low hand shooting,hook shooting and breakthrough shooting,respectively.Basket.Under the sub-strong confrontation,shooting areas and scoring are mainly right high position shooting and 2-point shooting;4.Under the weak confrontation,shooting methods and shooting opportunities are mainly single-handed shoulder shooting,breakthrough shooting,low-handed shooting and shooting under the sub-strong interference.Shandong,Guangdong,Liaoning and Guangxia teams are good at shooting under strong interference,twice respectively.Shooting under strong interference and shooting under weak interference.In the weak confrontation,shooting areas and scoring are mainly left and right high position shooting and 3-point shooting;5.In the case of physical superiority,shooting methods,shooting opportunities,shooting areas and shooting times are mainly low-handed shooting and single-handed shoulder shooting,shot under sub-strong interference,left high position shooting and 2-point shooting,among which,Liaoning Team and Guangxia Team are good at high throw shooting,sub-strong interference shooting,breakthrough shooting and weak interference shootingrespectively.Shandong Team and Guangdong Team are used to strong interference,restricted area and right low position shooting.In addition,Guangdong Team and Liaoning Team have the highest average 2-point shooting and 3-point shooting percentage,58.3% and 42.9% respectively.The main shooting methods,shooting opportunities,shooting areas and shooting times under disadvantaged conditions are single-handed shoulder shooting,strong interference shooting,left-side high shooting and 2-point shooting.Guangdong and Guangxia are used to High-throwing shooting,sub-strong interference shooting and low-hand shooting,strong interference shooting and left-side low shooting.Shandong Team and Liaoning Team are used to hook shooting,right low and breakthrough shooting,left high shooting.In addition,the average2-point and 3-point shooting rates of Guangxia Team and Liaoning Team are 57.1% and 50.0% respectively.Based on the analysis of the shooting techniques used by the top four teams in the CBA playoffs in the 2017-2018 season,this study proposes specific development strategies in order to further improve the level of shooting techniques used by CBA teams.Firstly,the top four teams in CBA need to standardize their shooting techniques;secondly,Liao.Ning Team needs to strengthen the team's overall cooperation in the application of shooting techniques;third,Guangxia Team needs to strengthen the connection between confrontation and shooting in the application ofshooting techniques;fourth,Shandong Team needs to increase the practice of confrontation between marches in the application of shooting techniques;fifth,Guangdong Team needs to strengthen the practice of confrontation between marches in the application of shooting techniques.Psychological training should be emphasized.
