| Korfball originated in Netherlands in 1902.It is the only collective ball game recognized by the International Olympic Committee.In 2004,korfball was introduced into the mainland of China.The Chinese korfball team,composed of undergraduate and postgraduate students,ranked 16 th in the world championships for the first time in 2007 and the fourth in the world championships in 2019.In the past 15 years,korfball has developed rapidly in China.Rapid,sensitive and changeable role is the development trend of modern lotus ball movement.How to use the special training of core stability to improve the control ability of the core area of the body of the athletes,so as to improve their shooting percentage,it is necessary to find out more suitable training methods based on the traditional core strength training.Article used the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,the Zhengzhou university korfball team 10 male and 10 female athletes as experimental object,according to the drilled number of year(3 persons for less than 3 years,4 persons for 3-5 years and 3 persons for more than 5 years in each group)and gender separate athletes training in 2 equal groups,for eight weeks(40 minutes at a time,three times a week).Both the experimental group and the control group were composed of 5 males and 5 females,Core stability training and traditional strength training were carried out respectively.Before the experiment,from the five strength and stability of the test items selected eight abdominal bridge test,"bird-dog" test;From the eight test items that can reflect the hoops players' shooting percentage,select the V-shooting,the sideway shooting,shooting by over pass,and the fadeaway shooting.The core competence test indexes and hit ratio test indexes of the two groups before and after the experimental intervention were analyzed,and the conclusions were as follows:1.In the test of core strength and stability,the p value of the experimental group was less than 0.05 in the comparison of the results of the two tests before and after grade 8 abdominal bridge and "bird-dog style",indicating that the results of the experimental group were significantly improved after the experimental intervention.2.In the eight-grade abdominal bridge test reflecting core strength and stability of the control group,the p value before and after the experiment was 0.04 less than 0.05,showing a significant difference,while the p value before and after the "bird-dog" test was 0.53 was much greater than 0.05,showing no significant difference.It shows that after the traditional strength training,the strength of the core area has a great improvement,but the effect on the response stability and control ability of the "bird-dog" test is small.3.Shooting from the field tests,the experimental group after intervention experiment of four test results compared with the experiment before the p values are less than 0.05,with significant improvement,including higher requirements on core stability of fadeaway shooting and the over pass shooting,after the experiment is as high as 24.1% and 30.6% before the trial shooting.It shows that the improvement of core stability training has a significant positive effect on the improvement of shooting percentage of korfball players.4.The comparison of the four test results of the shooting percentage of the control group before and after the experiment showed that only the p value of the test results before and after the V-shooting experiment was less than 0.05,which showed a significant improvement,and the growth rate of the shooting percentage was up to 20%.The results of other items before and after the experiment were all greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the results before and after the experiment.Through the analysis of the four shooting techniques,it is found that the movement trajectory of v-shaped shooting is more inclined to the vertical rebounding,and the requirement of the body control ability of the players is lower than that of the other three items.5.According to the characteristics of korfball,it is found that the two kinds of training have different effects on the shooting percentage of korfball players.The influence of core stability training is more obvious,and it is better than traditional strength training in some aspects.However,in some aspects,traditional strength training plays an indispensable role in improving the athletic ability of korfball players.Advice:1.During the core training,korfball players should bring their body shape during shooting into the training in the core area,so as to combine the training with the competition.2.Korfball does not allow excessive physical contact but has higher requirements on the control ability of the players themselves.korfball is a kind of sports of free-hand movement shooting,so hoof ball players need to increase the usual training in the combination of agility,explosive force and shooting practice.3.The training of the core area should be carried out in an unstable state,and the practice should be carried out under the premise of defensive players as much as possible.4.In the early stage of korfball training,we should pay attention to the practice of basic skills.In the experiment,it was found that the athletes with solid basic skills improved faster and improved more. |
