In order to meet the needs of the Times for rural revitalization,China emphasizes on strengthening the construction of rural teachers in the new era.The head teacher in rural primary schools is the key figure in the rural teachers,whose job burnout is severely affected by the field of rural primary schools where they live,and also seriously affects the improvement of rural education and teaching quality as well as the stability and development of teachers.Therefore,while comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,it is particularly necessary to explore the special causes and resolution strategies of the job burnout of rural primary school head teachers based on the field theory,so as to promote the construction of rural teachers in the new era and help rural revitalization.Based on this,from the perspective of Bourdieu’s field theory,this study constructed a three-dimensional analysis framework of "field conditions-head teachers’ work-job burnout".Qualitative research was taken as the overall research method,and scale method,interview method,observation method and object collection method were used to supplement each other to collect data.This paper probes into the connotation,present situation,representation,causes and resolution strategies of job burnout of head teachers in rural primary school.Specifically : First,the job burnout of the head teacher in rural primary school is a bad work habit of the head teacher formed in the field of rural primary school,influenced by the field conditions of rural primary school,generate and perform in the head teacher’s work,and can affect the field of rural primary school as well as its development.Second,it is found that the overall degree of job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools is high,the field conditions related to work of head teachers in rural primary schools are not good,and the job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools is closely related to field conditions in rural primary schools.Third,it analyzes the main characteristics of job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools,and finds that the job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools is mainly characterized by nihilistic pessimism and its generalization in job cognition,indifference and alienation after tired in work emotion,and inertia complaint and perfunctory in work behavior.Fourth,it explores the causes of job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools,and finds that the unfavorable work field rules,bad capital competition conditions and conflict and adaptation of work habits of head teachers play a common role in the formation of job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools.Fifth,it explores the strategies of relieve job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools,and puts forward some suggestions to change the unfavorable field conditions and relieve job burnout of head teachers in rural primary schools by reconstructing the field rules which conducive to the development of head teachers,creating good capital competition conditions of head teachers,and reshaping aggressive work habits of head teachers.
