Objective: This study uses the success rate and accuracy as evaluation indicators to evaluate the learning effect of table tennis beginners and high level respectively.The position of the stimulation target is taken as the main teaching method of table tennis skill learning,and classified according to the learner’s gender,physical fitness,motor skill reserve,and learning motivation,and explores the adaptability of different conditions(technical level,gender,physical fitness,motor skill reserve,learning motivation)of learners to the positional adaptability of the stimulation target,and reveals which stimulating target position learning is suitable for learners with different conditions.Methods: From the 2020 public sports table tennis elective class of Guangxi Normal University,4 natural classes were randomly selected as beginner experimental subjects(zero basic students),and 30 people were randomly selected from each class,for a total of 120 people.32 students from the 2018 to 2021 table tennis special selection class of Guangxi Normal University were selected as high-level experimental objects(the sports level is above the national second-level athlete).The learning is based on the four positions of stimulating targets: determining the central position of the timing,determining the edge position of the timing,determining the central position of the timing,and determining the position of the edge of the uncertain timing.Beginners and high-level students conduct basic information surveys and physical fitness tests for the first class,while the last class will test the learning effect,and the other 5 classes will be taught.In this study,the two-way ANOVA method was used to find out the corresponding laws of different skill levels,sex,physical fitness,motor skill reserve and learning motivation to the positional adaptability of the stimulation target.Study results:(1)Learners of different technical levels of table tennis learn better in the central position than in the marginal position,and the difference is significant.Table tennis beginners learn better from determining timing than from uncertain timing,and the difference is significant.The high level of table tennis is more effective than the definite timing,and the difference is significant.The explanation shows that different technical levels have selective adaptability to the position of the stimulus target,beginners are suitable for determining the central position of timing learning,and high levels are suitable for learning at the central position of uncertain timing.(2)The gender of table tennis beginners alone has different effects on the positional learning effect of stimulating targets,and the differences are significant.Boys learn better than girls.(3)The sensitivity of table tennis beginners alone has different effects on the position learning effect of stimulating targets,and the differences are significant.The better the sensitive quality,the better the learning effect.(4)The individual motor skill reserves of table tennis beginners have different effects on the positional learning effect of stimulating the target,and the differences are significant.Students with motor skill reserves learn better than those without motor skills reserves.(5)The learning motivation of table tennis beginners alone has different effects on the positional learning effect of stimulating targets,and the differences are significant.Students driven by internal motivation learn better than students who are driven by external motivation.Moreover,different learning motivations have selective adaptation to the position of stimulating the target,and students driven by internal motivation are more suitable for determining the timing of central position learning.Conclusion:(1)Table tennis learners of different skill levels have selective adaptability to stimulating the positional learning of the target.The learning effect of using the central position is better than the edge position,beginners are suitable for determining the timing of the central position of learning,and the high level is more suitable for the central position of the uncertain timing of the central position.(2)The gender,sensitivity quality,and athletic skill reserve of table tennis beginners do not have the ability to choose the position of the stimulus target.However,the learning effect of boys is better than that of girls,the better the learning effect of students with better sensitivity,and the learning effect of students with motor skill reserves is better than that of students without motor skills reserves.(3)Table tennis beginner learning motivation is selectively adaptable to stimulating the positional learning of the target.Students who are strongly driven by internal motivation are better than students driven by external motivation,and students who are driven by internal motivation are more suitable for learning in a central position in determining timing.
