| Under the background of interdisciplinary integration, universities need to seize the opportunity to optimize the construction of discipline layout.Table tennis elective course is set up in the public physical education course of most colleges and universities in our country, and the students’ learning attitude in table tennis course is generally more serious. However, table tennis has high technical requirements for learners, and most of the students in table tennis elective classes do not have the basic knowledge of table tennis.Coupled with the boring practice methods, some students’ learning enthusiasm is discouraged, and the practice effect is poor and they can’t keep up with the teaching progress.Table tennis is a sport with obvious sense of rhythm.Through observation,it is found that learners with good sense of rhythm often hit the ball more stable in table tennis practice. For beginners,we should not only pay attention to the correctness of the action, but also pay attention to the control of the rhythm of the stroke and the rhythm of the action. Objective:In this study, the rhythm interferes with the swing practice of college table tennis beginners, and the ball sense, standardization of technical movements, stability of technical movements, completeness of technical movements and the number of forehand shots in one minute are selected as the evaluation indexes of learning effect.Five subscales of activity, pleasure, thoughtfulness, excitement and depression in BFS mood scale were used as evaluation indexes of learners’ subjective exercise experience. Methods:Four natural classes were randomly selected from the preliminary class of public sports of table tennis in Guangxi Normal University, and 20 people were randomly selected from each class as experimental objects,a total of 80 people.Three classes were set as the experimental group, namely fast beat group(group F),medium beat group(group M)and slow beat group(group S),and one class was the control group. The experiment was arranged for 14 weeks, with one class per week and two class hours per class. The first lesson and the last lesson are the pre-test and post-test of the experiment respectively, which are used to collect experimental d ata.The remaining ten lessons are teaching lessons, which are used to intervene the learners’ swing practice with different tempo according to the groups.Study results:(1)There was no significant difference in the subjective exercise experience among all groups after the experiment.(2)Most exercise emotions of each group were significantly different before and after the experiment, among which the activity of three experimental groups and the pleasure of two experimental groups were significantly improved;Depression decreased significantly in one experimental group and one control group; The thoughtfulness of the four groups was significantly improved; The excitability of the four groups was not significantly different from that before the experiment.(3)After the experiment, the grip strength indexes of the S group and the control group were significantly different, and the mean difference of grip strength of the S group was lower than that of the control group; There was no significant difference in other groups.(4)The grip strength and elbow extension indexes of group F and group M were significantly different from those before the experiment; There was no significant difference in the parameters of ball sense test between the other groups before and after the experiment.(5)There were significant differences in the test results of forehand driving technique among all groups after the experiment, and the standard of technical movements in groups S and M was better than that in group F and control group; The stability of technical movements and the number of forehand hits in 1 minute in group F were better than those in the other three groups, and the completeness of technical movements was better than those in group S and control group.Conclusions:(1)The use of rhythm to interfere with the exercise of table tennis beginners has positive significance for optimizing the exercise experience of learners, which is mainly reflected in the improvement of activity and pleasure.(2)Using beat to intervene forehand attack swing practice can obtain better learning effect, but different beat speed should be selected according to different needs.(3)Using rhythm to interfere with table tennis beginners to improve the sense of the ball is not helpful. |
