Research Objectives: this study with different conditions(technical level,physical quality,gender,learning motivation,sports skills reserve)of different position stimulation target training experiment,by analyzing the learning results of different conditions to use different positions to explore the adaptability of the target position,in order to provide the basis for the development of tennis teaching training theory and method.Research method: In addition to the technical level,the learning effect conditions of the practitioners mainly consider four influencing factors: gender,physical quality,motivation and skill reserve.However,because the high-level practitioners belong to task learning(excluding the influence of learning motivation)and have certain tennis skills,plus the small number of female second-level athletes participating in the experiment,and no corresponding high-level practice physical fitness level standard,so the high-level group only considers the impact of technical level on the learning effect.By collecting the gender,sports skill reserve,learning motivation and technical level information of the tennis beginners,and testing the physical quality of the beginners,the tennis practitioners(learning subjects)can be classified.The physical quality of practitioners is arranged from high to low,the top 25% of practitioners have good physical quality,50% of practitioners have middle score,and 25% of practitioners have poor physical fitness);the sports skill reserve is divided into two categories(this study is divided into the characteristics of tennis forehand technical action structure and the sports skill reserve is divided into network confrontation and other items;the learning motivation is divided into internal drive and external drive).According to the position difference of human eye visual sensitivity and attention timing selection paradigm,the multi-ball practice stimulation target position(learning method)is set into four different positions in two dimensions: space and time order: definite edge position,uncertain edge position,definite middle position,and uncertain middle position.The practitioners are divided into 8 groups(4 beginners group,4 high levels).Each group at the same level adopts the position of different stimulation targets,requiring the practitioners to hit back at the set position target.Finally,the adaptability of the practitioners to the stimulus target position of the different conditions was explored by comparing the training effect differences.The results:(1)the hitting success rate and depth of different stimulation target positions;(2)the differences are significant;the strength quality,speed quality,motivation and motor skill reserve all affect the hitting depth and success rate,and the difference is significant,while gender affects the hitting depth and success rate of beginners;(3)the strength quality,speed quality and learning motivation will affect the learning effect of different stimulation target positions,and the differences are significant.Conclusion:(1)beginners are selective for the spatial position,while high-level practitioners are selective for the timing position: beginners are more adapted to the stimulation target of the middle position,the high level is more adapted to the uncertain timing position;(2)the strength quality,speed quality,learning motivation of the stimulus target position...
