To improve the professional ability of preschool teachers and promote their professional growth is the key to guarantee the quality of preschool education.Kindergarten-based research and study is one of the important ways to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Traditional kindergarten-based research and study activities provide some help for the professional development of kindergarten teachers,but there are many shortcomings in its operation process.The modern mentoring talent training mode advocated by the field of vocational education has the advantages of adapting to the needs and attaching importance to practice,which can be used for reference and inspiration to solve the problems of kindergarten-based research and practice.Firstly,this study systematically studied and grasped the conceptual significance and research status of kindergarten-based research and modern mentoring system,and defined the core concepts of this study.Then,questionnaires and surveys were used to investigate the current situation of kindergarten-based research in S from seven dimensions: system construction,method selection,content selection,main body appeal,organization and management,utilization of off-campus resources and construction of evaluation system.The existing problems of this research were sorted out and attribution analysis was conducted.In view of the garden this training system construction for the specification,academic activities are in urgent need of system science mode of lead,teachers desire to long-term academic guidance of accurate,kindergarten need more fully support,training resources garden this research of the evaluation system is not perfect problem,put forward on the symbiosis theory,theory of tacit knowledge,knowledge potential energy theory as the instruction,draw lessons from modern mentoring culture advantage,Establish a "teacher-apprentice" garden-based study model.The characteristics and advantages of "mentoring" kindergarten-based research and study mode are as follows: the research plan is highly adapted to the needs of teachers,accurate research and study guidance is advocated,the training of research and study practice and practical ability is emphasized,and multiple research and study activities are encouraged.The goal of "mentoring" kindergarten-based research and study mode is to improve the pertinence of research and study guidance through mentoring,encourage teachers and other multi-subjects to participate in management and improve the enthusiasm of research and study,and enrich the research environment by using off-campus research and study resources.The research subjects of the "teacher-apprentice" kindergarten-based research and study mode are teachers,kindergartens and off-campus organizations.The research and study content is kindergarten educational practice activities guided by teachers and kindergartens’ practical problems.The practice mode is "group learning + precise guidance" and "theory + practice".The evaluation system of "teacher-apprentice" kindergart-based research and training mode aims to meet the needs of the subject and the evaluated,and achieve the effect of evaluation and promotion.Accordingly,this study elaborates on the evaluation subject and evaluation method,and clarifies the evaluation system indicators of "teacher-apprentice" kindergart-based research and training.The implementation of "teacher-apprentice" garden-based research and study mode can be divided into three steps.1.Encourage multiple subjects to jointly formulate research and training plans;2.Organize and carry out research and training activities in accordance with the five steps of "recruitment,pre-test,review,implementation and disintegration".Thirdly,scientific and flexible evaluation standards are formulated by selecting evaluation objects,determining evaluation contents,determining evaluation methods,and grasping the effect of feedback,so as to ensure the long-term and sustainable development of the "teacher-apprentice" kindergarten-based research model.In addition,this study constructed a guarantee strategy for the implementation of the "teacher-apprentice" kindergart-based research and study mode from the three aspects of formulating relevant systems,refining the management assessment work,and improving the supervision and guarantee mechanism,so as to facilitate the smooth implementation of the new mode.This study puts forward a new model of kindergarten-based research from an innovative perspective,aiming to improve the quality of kindergarten-based research and make a contribution to promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.
