Research On Interactive Group Work Intervention In Rural Empty Nest Elderly Mutual Aid Network Construction

Since China entered the aging society,the aging population has been showing a trend of rapid growth and continuous expansion of the base.With the continuous improvement of China’s economy,science and technology,education and other levels,people’s social concepts have changed,the boundaries of people’s consciousness have gradually blurred,and the original balance of family status has been broken.With the improvement of education level,more people choose to pursue a higher level of demand,which leads to the gradual expansion of such special groups as empty nesters in China,and the problem of old-age care has become more prominent.According to big data research,with the continuous development and progress of society,the number of people over 60 will continue to increase in the next 30 years,accounting for 34.10% of the total population of China.The elderly are getting old and their physical functions are deteriorating,which leads to various problems and needs of the elderly.For example,the increase of age easily leads to the weakening of the sense of social participation.In addition,due to the iterative update of society,the pace of life is constantly accelerating,and children’s lack of awareness in solving the problem of parents’ old-age care leads to the extreme lack of care and love for the elderly,and even self-doubt,and personal positioning deviates from the original environmental trajectory.The lack of security for the empty-nest elderly in rural areas can’t solve some of the needs of the elderly.Therefore,the special old-age service mode can alleviate all kinds of problems encountered by the empty-nest elderly in rural areas and improve them.Through going deep into the elderly,observing the life of the elderly,understanding the living conditions of the elderly and finding out the causes of problems,this study provides practical measures.At the same time,it integrates the resources of empty-nest elderly in rural areas around the world,and analyzes and intervenes the living conditions of empty-nest elderly in rural Y through group work.In this paper,from the inside to the outside,from the individual to the group,we will optimize the interpersonal environment,spiritual support and self-awareness of the elderly,strengthen the elderly’s emphasis on personal values and interpersonal skills,and build a mutual aid network platform to ensure the quality of life of rural empty nesters in their later years.Through the practice of group work under the interactive mode,through process evaluation and result evaluation,proves the advantages of interactive group work in the construction of rural empty nesters mutual aid network and the effectiveness of the construction of mutual aid network to solve the needs of rural empty nesters,and extends the practical experience of social work in rural empty nesters pension.
