As the party and the government raise the requirements for primary school students to cultivate morality,ritual education plays a more and more significant role in improving the overall quality of students.Three important ways to educate people.On October 27,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Implementation Outline for the Construction of Civic Morality in the New Era".The outline points out that it is necessary to give full play to the educational role of etiquette and etiquette.Standardize and carry out ceremonies such as raising the national flag,playing and singing the national anthem,joining the party,joining the team and joining the team,strengthening the sense of ritual,participation,and modernity,and enhancing people’s sense of identity and belonging to the party,the country,and the organization.These policies have strongly promoted the development of elementary school ceremonial education and the effective release of its functions.However,in the process of implementing ritual education in some schools,there have been problems such as emphasising leadership and ignoring subject experience;emphasising the form of education but neglecting the connotation of education;emphasising the process of education and neglecting the evaluation of education,etc.,which have affected the effective release of the function of ritual education in primary schools.Based on this,This research adopts literature research method,survey analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods to investigate the current situation of campus rituals in A primary school in Dingzhou City,explore the current factors that affect the release of the educational function of primary school campus rituals,explore the reasons for these problems and find out Propose effective improvement strategies.The investigation found that the current factors that lead to the incomplete release of the functions of elementary school campus ritual education include the lack of full play of the role of the participants in the campus ritual education;the lack of innovation in the concept of the organizers of the campus ritual education;the development of the campus ritual education is still lacking in professionalism.systematic and systematic;the organizational procedures of campus ritual education are still lacking in integrity,etc.In order to promote the effective release of the function of ceremonial education on campus in primary schools,the author believes that we can give full play to the enthusiasm of participants in ceremonial education;establish a mechanism for the implementation of ceremonial education and ensure smooth implementation;standardize the implementation process of ceremonial education on campus and other paths to promote the function of ceremonial education in primary schools.Effective release,thereby promoting the improvement of the overall quality of students.
