| As the state and the community pay attention to the professional status of college students,more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the factors that affect the difficulty of college students’ career decisions.These are problems that often arise in professional decision-making: lack of basic scientific concepts,lack of understanding of "yourself",lack of understanding of the profession,etc|.Professional identity and psychological flexibility are important areas for studying the difficulty of professional decision-making of college students.From the perspective of professional identity and psychological flexibility,this study explores the difficulty of professional decision-making in colleges and universities,and explores the relationship between college students’ career decision-making difficulties and correct professional decision-making.In this study,the current status of students’ professional identity,psychological flexibility,difficulty in professional decision making,examined the relationship between the three using a professional identity survey of students,a measure of psychological flexibility,and difficulty making professional decisions.The study randomly selected 620 students from Inner Mongolia Normal University as research objects with an effective sample count of 561.The questionnaire data was analysed using software such as SPSS and AMOS.Through an interview study by 10 university students,it concluded that the results were consistent with research thinking.The results show that:(1)There is a significant gender difference in performance problems of university students in performance;there is a significant difference in the professional identity of the class;(2)There is a significant difference between the professional identity of university students and professional categories of psychological compatibility.And there is a big difference between professional identification,psychological compatibility and problems making decisions at work at the university of students.(3)There is a negative relationship between the professional perception of university students and the difficulty of professional decision-making,but highly professional celebrities find it difficult to make career decisions.There is significant negative communication between students with psychological tolerance and difficulty in career decisions and high psychological tolerance.There is a strong correlation between professional identity and the psychological resilience of college students,their high professional recognition and the increase in psychological resilience.Emotional resilience serves as a mediator in professional personal and difficulties in making professional decisions,of which 54.3% are indirectly affected. |
