The degree of College Students' recognition of their majors directly affects the decision of their career when they graduate.Study on College Students' professional identity of occupation decision-making difficulties,reveal the mechanism,to improve college students' learning enthusiasm,reduce the occupation decision-making difficulties,it is important to improve the university graduates employment rate.This study revised "College Students' professional identity and occupation Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire",and the 5 universities 507 junior and senior investigations were carried out to investigate the influence of professional identity on occupation decision-making difficulties,draw the following conclusions:(1)This study revised the professional identity questionnaire has 23 questions,including cognition,emotion,behavior and appropriate a total of 4 dimensions;occupation decision-making difficulties revised questionnaire has 26 questions,including the lack of preparation,shilly-shally,lack of self understanding,lack of external information,conflicts and unreasonable belief in a total of 6 dimensions.The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for this study.(2)There are significant differences in occupation decision-making difficulties of college students in grades,professional choice,experience and occupation guidance and other aspects;college students' professional identity in gender,professional type,professional choice,experience and occupation guidance and there are significant differences.(3)The 4 main factors influencing college students' professional identity respectively for personal interest and professional character,professional employment prospects,school training system and the teaching level of teachers and social public opinion;the 5 main factors influencing the students' occupation decision-making difficulties were occupation decision-making state,occupation values,job preparation and practice experience,family support,professional prospects and employment environment.(4)College students' professional identity and occupation decision-making difficulties were significantly negatively correlated with the dimensions of professional identity "behavior" and "cognition" has significant influence on the occupation decision-making difficulties,improve students' professional identity,can effectively improve the occupation decision-making difficulties of College students.(5)Students,families,schools and society to work together,mutual coordination,can enhance students' professional identity,reduce their occupation decision-making difficulties,improve the college graduates employment rate,to promote China's higher education resources are fully utilized. |
