In theoretical study, the concepts, theories and research direction of career decision making and career decision-making difficulty are concluded; In empirical study, the assessment of career decision-making difficulty and the intervention to it are made. Through studies, several conclusions are drawn:1. The reliability, validity and other psychometrics indexes of the Chinese version CDDQ are satisfactory.2. The hierarchical structure of the Chinese version CDDQ is similar to the theoretical construct, so the CDDQ can be applied into our culture and be used to the initial diagnosis of difficulties.3. The college students in our country have unique features of career decision-making difficulty, including high level of self awareness, tense internal and external conflicts. There are significant differences between boys and girls on "indecisiveness" and "lack of information about the process".4. The experimental group and control group have significant difference on the increasing values of "lack of information about the process" and "lack of information about self, and the experimental group members have positive evaluation on the group guidance, so the effect of the group guidance is good.5. The Chinese version CDDQ can be used to screen the clients, diagnose difficulties and evaluate the interventions.
