| Difficulty communicating verbally is a typical disorder in the autism spectrum disorder,which causes children to interact poorly with their environment and at the same time affects their ability to learn.Improvisational music therapy is the use of improvised music therapy to intervene in autistic children,using music as a form to achieve psychological communication and promote children’s development in a positive direction,this intervention method has become a more commonly used intervention method in many countries and regions with more developed special education.From a nationwide perspective,there have been many regions in China in the field of early intervention practice to carry out music therapy,researchers also from different perspectives to summarize,sort out and summarize the intervention practice,however,as far as improvisational music therapy is concerned,both research and practice are in its infancy,the paper uses a case study method,selecting individual cases to conduct intervention research on improvisational music therapy.Explores the development of oral communication behavior in children with autism after receiving improvisational music therapy,and proposes conclusions,recommendations and prospects.The paper conducted an intervention study on a confirmed child in the Autism Rehabilitation Center in H City,and the study was divided into three stages: preparation period,dry expectation,data analysis and finishing period.In the preparation period,it is mainly to conduct interviews with parents and teachers,observe the case to understand the basic situation of the case,use the self-made "Oral Communication Measurement Form for Children with Autism" to pre-test the oral communication behavior of the case,understand and grasp the basic situation of the oral communication behavior of the case before the intervention,and determine the starting point and field of intervention.Based on the results of observations,interviews and tests,the corresponding improvisational music therapy session is designed from the aspects of language expression and language comprehension in oral communication,and a case-specific intervention plan is formed according to the above situation.The intervention is carried out in accordance with the developed intervention plan,which is divided into two stages.The content of the intervention at each stage was different,but the cases were intervened from the dimensions of voice training,imitation of words,making requests,naming ability,matching ability,and response ability.Record the oral communication behavior of the case at any time during the intervention,and conduct interviews with teachers and parents,and take the interview content and process record as part of the process evaluation.In the data analysis and collation period,the data of the before-after test were collated,and the results of the before-and-after test were compared to analyze and discuss the intervention effect of improvisational music therapy on the oral communication behavior of autistic children,combined with the process evaluation,to support this result.Based on the above intervention process,the following findings were obtained:First,improvisational music therapy has a positive effect on oral communication behavior in children with autism.Second,improv music therapy can help children with autism understand spoken language.Third,the intervention effects of improvisational music therapy can be generalized.In addition,based on the differences of children,attention should be paid to the selection of different music types for individuals during the intervention.In the process of intervention,it is necessary to ensure the time coherence and spatial stability in the intervention process as much as possible in order to achieve the best intervention effect. |
