Contact Governance:Social Workers' Dilemma And Community Turn In Community Professional Services

The community is the grass-roots government of the country and the government.It is a platform to help the community achieve self-management and self-education.It plays a significant role both in the planned economy and in the new era.To borrow Professor Xu Yong's explanation of the concept of "junction",the community is the key contact point for our country's social development.The better the community's basic function of the political power is played,the better the community governance will be.With the social transformation and the diversified development of governance subjects,social worker organizations have entered the field of community governance with their rapid development momentum.With their own advantages,they have played a positive role in alleviating community conflicts,solving community problems,and promoting the harmonious development of the community.However,in deepening the process of social work as a professional force participating in community governance,it is not easy to be smooth,but it will have frictions and conflicts with the community committees in terms of rights allocation,resource allocation,etc.Therefore,at this critical point in the community,There will be structural frictions and even loosening.The social organizations face difficulties,which makes it difficult to display their advantages.At the same time,effective community governance is also difficult to achieve.The author participated in the "1+5" project in the L-sub-district of H District,Wuhan City,and used a participatory observation and unstructured interview method to understand the specific work of the community and social work,and learned that the social work organization was involved in the community process.The series of dilemmas faced by China,on this basis,draw the key reasons for the social workers' integration difficulties,and provide them with a certain perspective of community governance.The second chapter of this article mainly points out the analysis framework of this article,expounds the upper and lower contact points of community governance as an innovation of social governance ability,and contacts the contact theory,and then proposes that the community field is the contact between the government and society.The third chapter elaborates on the friction and looseness of the contact points,that is,the social worker's dilemma in the current community professional services,which is mainly reflected in the community community committees' lack of trust in the professionalism of the social worker organizations and the lack of attention to their specific professional activities.Communication and communication mechanisms.The fourth chapter discusses the reasons why social-society organizations encounter difficulties,and this paper believes that the most important reason is the dependent cooperation of social-workers organizations,resulting in the inequality of their status,mainly from the interactive relationship and interaction process between the social-organizational organizations and the main body of community governance.The performance of the attachment and the final cooperation of the interaction process are discussed.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates the reshaping of contact points,that is,reshaping the structural relationships of key contacts in the community through changing concepts,multi-party linkages,and establishing cooperative mechanisms to form a positive interaction between communities and social workers organizations,and promote the modernization of community governance.Based on the above discussion,the conclusions drawn from this paper are:First,the community in the junction presents the characteristics of complex relationships.The second is that social worker organizations are easily squeezed in the interaction of community relations.Third,innovative community governance needs to promote the balanced development of social workers in the community.
