Research On The Improvement Of Government Service Ability From The Perspective Of Social Work ——A Case Study Of H County Government Window Service,Hohhot

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to better adapt to economic and social development,the reform of political and administrative systems has also kept pace with the times.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have put forward the reform of "decentralization,management and service",at the same time,they require to further improve the ability of government service and provide satisfactory and high-quality services for the masses.For the government affairs window,the window service personnel work in the front line of the window and represent the image of the government.However,due to the particularity of their careers,most of the window service personnel face difficulties such as complex working environment,high work requirements,heavy responsibilities,high pressure and low salary,which affect the improvement of the government affairs service level.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,it is of great significance to explore the service promotion space of the government service department and use the professional methods of social work to intervene in order to improve and enhance the government service ability.The author takes the government affairs window service of H county as an example.Firstly,the author uses relevant research methods to collect data,investigate and understand the current situation of the government affairs window service,and analyze the problems in human resources and talents,business handling,service provision,personnel treatment,supervision mechanism,etc.At the same time,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and focus on the problem-solving of service provision.This paper attempts to explore the path and feasibility of social work participating in government service,and believes that social workers can play their own role and effectively participate in the improvement of government service ability by linking resources,coordinating roles,guiding and evaluating.Secondly,based on the professional concept of "helping others and self-help" and using relevant theories,a support group was established for some common problems of service provision of government window service personnel to carry out activities such as social support,pressure release,emotion management,etiquette training and career planning,so as to promote the members of the group to share information,provide experience suggestions and emotional support,It will help improve the service ability of the service personnel at the government affairs window.Finally,this paper puts forward prospects and suggestions for the improvement of government service capacity,in order to provide case reference for similar problems in the field of government service.Although there are still limitations in the involvement of social work in the improvement of government service ability,with the development of social work specialization,we should further strengthen cooperation with the government,give full play to our own functions,constantly accumulate practical experience,and deepen and improve the research on the improvement of government service ability.
