Research Objective: 1.Try to observe the changes of movement speed and forehand and backhand hitting effect indicators of primary school tennis players through a ten-week ankle strength training intervention, and analyze and explore the influence of ankle strength training on the movement speed and forehand and backhand hitting effect of primary school students;2.Compare the performance changes of each index between high and low levels, and analyze and explore which level of ankle strength training has a more significant impact on the movement speed and forehand and backhand hitting effect of athletes.Research Methods: In this study,40 boys from the fifth grade 1-4 classes of the Primary School of Yuxin School Affiliated to Capital Normal University were the research subjects.Through the pre-experimental test data, the subjects who meet the experimental conditions were screened from classes 1-4,and the fronthand and backhand hitting accuracy and depth test scores were divided into high-level experimental group,high-level control group,low-level experimental group, and low-level control group, with 10 people in each group. The test index selects the "meter" running movement ability test, the accuracy of forehand and backhand hitting and the tennis effect test of forehand and backhand hitting depth, among which the tennis hitting effect test is divided into in-situ hitting and moving batting. The duration of the experiment is 30 lessons in 10 weeks, and a mid-experiment test is conducted in the middle of the experiment, that is,after 15 lessons, and a post-experimental test is carried out in the late stage of the experiment, that is,after30 lessons. Finally, the experimental conclusions and analysis are obtained based on the comparison of the data before, during and after the experiment.Research results:(1)"Meter" word run test:The longitudinal comparison results between the groups showed that the "meter" running time in the late intervention stage of the high and low level experimental group decreased significantly compared with the early intervention period(P<0.05).The results of horizontal comparison between the groups showed that the running time of "meter" in the high-level experimental group in the middle of the intervention period decreased significantly compared with the high-level control group(P<0.05),and the high-level experimental group compared with the high-level control group, and the low-level experimental group and the low-level control group compared with the "meter" running time in the late intervention period decreased significantly(P<0.05).After ten weeks of intervention, there were more significant changes in the low-level experimental group and the high-level experimental group(P<0.05).(2)Forehand and backhand accuracy test:The results of longitudinal comparison within the group showed that the accuracy of moving forehand hitting in the high-level experimental group was significantly improved in the middle and late intervention stages(P<0.05),while the mobile backhand accuracy test results were only significantly improved in the late intervention stage compared with the early intervention(P<0.05).The accuracy of moving forehand shots and moving backhand shots in the low-level experimental group was only significantly improved in the later stage of intervention compared with the early intervention(P<0.05).The longitudinal comparison results between the groups showed that the control group with high accuracy of moving forward and backhand shots in the mid-intervention period had a significant increase(P<0.05),and the high-level experimental group in the later intervention period had a very significant increase compared with the control group(P>0.01).However,the accuracy of moving forehand and backhand shots in the low-level experimental group and the low-level control group was significantly improved only in the later stage of intervention(P<0.05).At ten weeks, the change in the accuracy of moving forehand hitting scores, the change value, the high-level experimental group, and the low-level experimental group had a very significant change(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of forehand and backhand hitting in situ between the high and low level experimental group and the high and low level control group(P>0.05).(3)Forehand and backhand hitting depth test:The longitudinal comparison results in the group showed that the high-level experimental group had a significant improvement in the pre-intervention,middle-and-post performance of moving forehand and backhand hitting depth(P<0.05),while the mobile forehand and backhand hitting depth performance in the low-level experimental group only increased significantly in the pre-intervention and post-intervention period(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the mid-intervention and the pre-intervention period(P>0.05).The results of horizontal comparison between the groups showed that the control group with a higher level of moving forehand and backhand hitting depth in the high-level experimental group in the middle of the intervention was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the high-level experimental group in the late intervention period had a very significant increase compared with the control group(P>0.01).Compared with the low-level control group, the depth of moving forehand and backhand shots was only significantly improved in the later stage of intervention(P<0.05).The comparison of the depth of forehand and backhand hits in situ showed that there was no significant difference between the high and low level experimental group and the high and low level control group(P>0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)Ten-week ankle strength training can effectively improve the mobility ability of primary school students in tennis, especially in the low-level experimental group.(2)Ten-week ankle strength training significantly improved the accuracy and depth of tennis moving forehand and backhand shots, but did not significantly improve the accuracy and depth of in-situ forehand and backhand strikes;Traditional warm-up training does not significantly improve the accuracy of tennis in-situ and mobile forehand and backhand shots, and the depth of forehand and backhand hits.(3)High-level students improved more significantly in the test score of tennis mobile hitting effect than low-level students, and low-level students improved more significantly in the mobile ability test score than high-level students.
