Research On Sustainable Development Countermeasures Of Mini-basketball In Changchun City

Mini-basketball is the first stage in the training of young basketball reserve talents,and it is the cornerstone of ensuring the sustainable development of basketball.Only by perfecting the various subsystems of the Mini-basketball game and integrating them scientifically can they play their greatest role.The purpose of this research is to carry out in-depth discussions on the development of Mini-basketball in Changchun,actively respond to the call of the country,to promote the development of Mini-basketball in Changchun,and to help the cultivation of reserve talents for basketball in Changchun.However,in recent years,our country’s primary school students have been declining year after year,and the myopia situation has become more and more serious,which to a large extent has sounded the alarm for the health problems of our country’s primary school students.As an important stage of the country’s future basketball talent training,Mini-basketball has not received the attention it deserves.This is mainly manifested in: outdated training methods and content,weak teachers,imperfect competition system,parents’ skepticism of Mini-basketball,Mini-basketball court equipment is relatively lacking and so on.The above-mentioned problems have caused many difficulties in the development of Mini-basketball.Therefore,we must explore a sustainable development path for Mini-basketball.This paper adopts methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to analyze the No.2 Primary School Affiliated to Northeast Normal University and Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Chaoyang District,Changchun City,Dongsi Primary School in Nanguan District,Pingquan Primary School in Nanguan District,and Kuancheng District.Six schools in the second experimental elementary school in the urban area and the Nanjing elementary school in Kuancheng District have issued questionnaires.The following conclusions have been reached through the research: The content is relatively simple,too boring for elementary school students,and it is difficult to attract their interest in learning.（2）At present,the professional level of the Mini-basketball coaches in Changchun City still needs to be improved.Young coaches account for the majority,lack coaching experience,have an unreasonable title structure,and have few training sessions and lack high-quality training.（3）There are few fine Mini-basketball matches in Changchun City,and the competition system is not perfect,resulting in young athletes not being able to display and exercise their own platform,and the team’s training and technical and tactical level cannot be improved,and the overall training level cannot be effectively improved.（4）The attitudes of the parents of primary school students in Changchun towards Mini-basketball are relatively vague,but most of them show a disapproval and unsupportive attitude,which is not conducive to the development of Mini-basketball.（5）The court equipment of the Mini-basketball in Changchun City is not perfect enough to fully accommodate the participation of Mini-basketball fans.It needs further financial support to improve it.In this regard,the author puts forward the following countermeasures:（1）To give full play to the leading role of the education department,the Changchun Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau need to support policies and funds to build a more complete organization of Mini-basketball work.Basketball can quickly develop among the youth groups in Changchun.（2）Strengthen the construction of the Mini-basketball coaches in Changchun,improve the training mechanism for the Mini-basketball coaches in Changchun,comprehensively reform and innovate coach training,increase the number of trainings for the Mini-basketball coaches in Changchun,optimize the structure of coaches,and improve Changchun in an all-round way The coaching ability and overall quality of the Mini-basketball coaches.（3）Improve the existing Changchun Mini-basketball competition system,increase competition items and competition opportunities,reasonably set competition groups,create Changchun boutique high-level Mini-basketball events,improve the quality of the competition,and promote the benignness of Changchun Mini-basketball players and teams developing.（4）Strengthen the attention and publicity of Mini-basketball in Changchun City,strengthen communication with parents,and popularize the value of Mini-basketball in order to gain the understanding and support of parents and the society.（5）Increase the number of basketball courts,equipment and facilities,and carry out more basketball games.Only when schools,the country,and society attach great importance to basketball at the same time,and provide support and assistance in policies and funds,can the sustainable development of Mini-basketball be promoted..
