| Mini basketball,a kind of educational means and exercise mode rolling entertainment,enjoyment and fitness into one in accordance with the age characteristics of children aged 3-6years,is worthy of active publicity and vigorous promotion by kindergartens.The paper takes the urban kindergartens in Changsha City as the research object,mainly researches on the present situation and the countermeasures of the kindergartens’ mini basketball.It also conducts the comprehensive and in-depth analysis about the present situation of the kindergartens’ mini basketball,which includes the attitudes of the kindergartens’ administrative staff,parents and children towards the development of mini basketball,the conditions such as sports field and equipment and physical education teachers meeting the demands,the main forms of development of mini basketball,the holding of mini basketball teaching and mini basketball interest-oriented classes,the effects and influencing factors of mini basketball and the excellent cases of mini basketball and other aspects by virtue of the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method,etc.At the same time,in line with the problems such as the insufficient sports field,limited funds investment,lack of physical education teachers,imperfect management system and inadequate cooperation with parents,the paper puts forward the countermeasures like expansion of the sports field,increasing investment in funds,setting of mini basketball courses to standardize the mini basketball teaching,promotion of various forms of mini basketball,as well as strengthening supplement of physical education teachers and training of kindergarten teachersThrough the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The kindergartens,parents and children generally have the positive attitudes towards mini basketball,so the mini basketball is carried out with the obvious positive effects.(2)Whether the conditions such as sports field and equipment and physical education teachers can meet the needs of the kindergartens to carry out mini basketball,the proportion of mini basketball teaching hours in physical education,the number of mini basketball interest-oriented classes held every week,the frequency of children participating in mini basketball every week and the effects of mini basketball are all closely related to the number of kindergartens’ children.In the kindergartens with more children,the overall conditions are better than in the kindergartens with less children.(3)The main forms of mini basketball are the mini basketball teaching,mini basketball interest-oriented classes and mini basketball meeting.There are no uniform standards and requirements for the subjects of mini basketball teaching and the proportion of mini basketball teaching hours in physical education,and the number of girls participating in the mini basketball interest-oriented classes is far less than that of boys.(4)The public kindergartens in Changsha City generally admit larger number of children,and their most prominent difficulties in carrying out mini basketball are the shortage of field and limited investment in funds.The most private kindergartens in Changsha City admit less number of children,and their most outstanding difficulty in carrying out mini basketball is the insufficient investment in funds.On the basis of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: for starter,to step up the policy support to provide the system guarantee for the kindergartens to carry out mini basketball;second,to increase the investment in funds so as to improve the field and facilities of mini basketball;third,to further strengthen the professional guidance for the physical education on children to standardize the teaching of mini basketball in the kindergartens;fourth,to further improve the training on physical education teachers in the kindergartens by enhancing the professional skills and teaching quality of physical education teachers;and finally,to integrate the resources inside and outside of the kindergartens and strengthen the communications among the kindergartens as well as the cooperation between the kindergartens,families and community. |
