| In recent years,colleges and universities in China pay more and more attention to the physical quality and sports ability of students,and strive to improve the physical quality,sports skills and sports learning interest of college students through the innovation of physical education teaching methods and content.Therefore,the innovation of teaching method and content is particularly important.Understanding social support refers to the satisfaction and emotional experience of individuals from family,friends,teachers and other aspects in the social environment.Individuals with high understanding of social support can reduce psychological stress when they perceive support from others,thus further improving their mental health and quality of life.Therefore,based on the social support theory,this study will comprehend the application of social support teaching content in the basketball course which is favored by university students,so as to play a positive effect on the physical quality,basic basketball skills and sports learning interest of college students.This paper uses mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,literature and expert interview method,the psychological intervention measures of teacher support,classmate support and friend support in the perceived social support scale were adopted,and the teaching contents for 15 weeks were formulated.On the basis of the same teaching cycle,the comparative analysis of traditional teaching and understanding social support teaching shows that there is no significant difference in body shape between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.In terms of physical quality,the experimental group improved significantly in50 m and standing long jump before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in sitting forward bending.There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment.Through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment,the test scores of the experimental group in basketball skills are better than the control group,indicating that the experimental group under the support and encouragement of teachers,classmates and friends,make students more excited and confident in class,and increase the stability of basketball skills in the game.In terms of physical education learning interest,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences before and after the experiment,which indicated that the social support of teachers,classmates and friends played an important role in cultivating students’ physical education learning interest,and also verified the social support theory. |
