| The rural revitalization strategy cannot be vigorously promoted without the support of the education level in rural areas,and it also urges the overall education level in rural areas to move forward.Rural small-scale schools are an important part of the national education system and the most important educational place for children in rural areas.Located in the northwest of China,the small-scale schools in northwest minority areas are relatively underdeveloped,backward economic conditions,relatively closed information and poor educational resources,which have become the shackles of the development of rural small-scale schools.A series of problems,such as weak teachers,poor policy alignment and lack of educational resources,need to be effectively solved.In order to change the impoverishment of rural education development in northwest minority areas,we must have a comprehensive grasp of the current development situation in northwest minority areas,and then we can make scientific layout and adjustment of further development level.Taking H City in Qinghai Province as the specific research object,this study explores a three-dimensional educational picture of the region from five aspects:teachers,policies,educational resources,school management and educational philosophy.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to understand the development status of small-scale schools in this region through teachers,school administrators and relevant persons in charge of education departments in this region.Finally from the recovery of questionnaire and interviews to statistics and analysis,the author found out that the region still exist problems of the development of rural small schools: teachers structural shortage is still severe,the school teachers’ educational background and ability needs to be improved,especially in the subject area,teaching subjects one-sided phenomenon is serious,a lot of lack of some special subject teachers;Teaching hardware facilities are not sufficient and educational funds management is not scientific enough;Through the understanding of relevant policies and the dialogue with the relevant education administrators in this region,I further understand that the education supervision and evaluation system in this region is not perfect,and the school management is not orderly,which further leads to the problems of poor educational atmosphere,low education quality and low education attraction in this region.Based on this,in order to get rid of the development dilemma of rural small-scale schools in this area and promote the promotion and development of small-scale schools in this area,we should strengthen the endogenous development of schools and help from external forces.Among them,the endogenous development mainly includes:strengthening the innovative teaching form of small-scale schools in the region,creating a good educational atmosphere,strengthening the symbiosis between local culture and modern teaching,creating diversified educational evaluation methods,and accelerating the implementation of digital construction;The support from external forces mainly includes: strengthening and improving the construction of teachers in small-scale schools,strengthening regional construction,enhancing regional influence in H City,building a community between the central school and each small-scale school under the jurisdiction,standardizing the order of fund management,and building a matching assistance system. |
