Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational Training Management In Qinghai

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the role of vocational skills training in the development of personnel training is becoming more and more important.At a time when the economic situation and employment situation are changing,vocational skills training is becoming an important policy option to promote China’s transition from a country with a large population to a country with strong human resources,the perfect vocational skills training policy is of great and urgent practical significance to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.Vocational Skills Training is not only an inevitable requirement to achieve higher quality and full employment,but also an important measure to implement the strategy of talent strengthening and employment priority.In the process of vocational skills training policy,there will be various difficulties and challenges.It is very important to hold the right direction of vocational skills training and perfect the working mechanism of Kalanchoe Pinnata.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of vocational skills training in Qinghai Province,find out the problems in the management of vocational skills training,and put forward pertinent suggestions to promote the healthy development of vocational skills training management in Qinghai Province.Based on the theoretical research results and advanced experience of vocational skills training management at home and abroad,and taking the special investigation results of “Qinghai Province Vocational Skills Promotion Action”as reference,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the management of vocational skill training in Qinghai Province,and advances some countermeasures.First of all,the author briefly describes the relevant concepts of vocational skills training management,leading to the theoretical basis and practical significance of this study.Secondly,from the relevant policies issued by government departments,policy operation mode and the main practices of the relevant government departments of Qinghai Province Vocational Skills Training Management Work to carry out the promotion of a brief discon.Based on the research results of “Vocational Skills Upgrading Action”,this paper finds out the problems of vocational skills training management in the aspects of Policy Implementation,training organization management,training trainees management,etc..Finally,from the relevant government departments,training institutions management,participants management and other aspects of improving the management of vocational skills training in Qinghai Province to put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions.
