Poverty problem has been widely concerned by the community.As one of the most populous provinces,Henan Province has a large number of poor people,and the poor general population has a low level of skills,affecting the pace of poverty alleviation.How to raise the level of professional skills of the poor has become the key to poverty alleviation.Firstly,the article uses the literature research method,and on the basis of collecting and reading a large number of references,it introduces the background of the "professional poverty reduction skills training class" project in vocational education,the research status at home and abroad,and the significance of accurate vocational education to get rid of poverty.On the basis of this,the connotation of training courses for poverty,precision poverty alleviation,and precision poverty alleviation skills is defined.Secondly,it introduced the poverty and poverty-causing factors in Henan Province,the effectiveness of running secondary vocational education,and the necessity and possibility of vocational education services to accurately eliminate poverty.Thirdly,the paper investigates the implementation of the "Precision Poverty Alleviation Skills Training Class" project of vocational education in Henan Province through the use of field investigation and case analysis methods.It mainly includes the development of training programs,selection of training objects,establishment of training specialties,training management,and assessment.Finally,this paper conducts in-depth research on the effectiveness,existing difficulties,and countermeasures of the Henan Province Vocational Education "Precision Poverty Alleviation Skills Training Class" project through questionnaires.It is found that in the process of skills training,there is mainly a lack of vocational education skills to get rid of poverty.Relevant laws and regulations,slow arrival of provincial-level financial special funds,lack of a unified assessment mechanism for skills training,difficulty in recruiting trainees,lack of targeted training content,limited teacher training for skills,low level of cultural quality of trainees,and participation in training The enthusiasm is not high.In response to the above problems,the following countermeasures are proposed:rational planning for poverty alleviation programs,providing guidance for the work of poverty alleviation,perfecting and perfecting the legal system of vocational education to eliminate poverty,providing legal protection for the work of poverty alleviation,and establishing training supervision and evaluation.Institutions provide quality assurance for skills training;understand training needs and improve the effectiveness of skills training;enrich training content and forms;develop local skills-based"poverty alleviation training package";innovative ideas,and accelerate the advancement of skills training programs for teachers Construction;firm confidence out of poverty,give full play to the advantages of the identity of the masters;be attributed to poverty,improve mental health.
