Research purposes: Due to the short development time of rock climbing projects in China,there are not many theoretical studies on rock climbing in China.In practice,there is a single means of finger Strength training,and there is a lack of theoretical research on the design of finger Strength training means.The research on scientific,reasonable and effective means of finger Strength training is worth trying.Based on this,this paper selects targeted finger Strength training means through literature review,expert interview and Delphi method method,designs more specific finger Strength training means based on previous research theory and practice,and conducts eight weeks of experimental intervention on rock climbers to collate and analyze the test results after the experiment,Verify the impact of the designed training methods on the development and improvement of finger strength in rock climbers.Research methods: This study uses the methods of literature review,expert interviews,and Delphi method method to design several more specific finger Strength training methods based on the characteristics of finger anatomy and physiology.Taking 20 rock climbers from Shandong rock climbing teams and rock climbing teams in various cities as experimental objects,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used several designed finger Strength training means to intervene,and the control group used existing finger Strength training means to intervene.After eight weeks of experimental intervention,the effect of the designed training means on the finger strength of rock climbers was verified.Research results: Through statistical analysis of the experimental results,the following results were obtained:1.Comparing the inter group tests between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment,it was found that there was no difference in various indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Comparing the intra group tests of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment,it was found that the P values of each test indicator in the control group were greater than 0.05,and although there was an improvement in performance,there was no significant improvement;The P-values of each test indicator in the experimental group were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences compared to before the experiment.3.After 8 weeks of the experiment,the control group and the experimental group were compared between the groups.It was found that in terms of lateral displacement testing,the P value between the control group and the experimental group was less than 0.01,indicating a significant difference between the two groups;In terms of electronic grip strength meter testing,the P value between the control group and the experimental group was less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups;In terms of suspension testing,the P value between the control group and the experiment was less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups.The experimental group showed significant improvement in all indicators compared to the control group.Research conclusion: Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through an 8-week training experiment,the results showed that the suspension test,electronic grip strength meter test,and lateral displacement test of the experimental and control groups all showed a certain degree of improvement after 8weeks compared to before the experiment,but the improvement in the experimental group was more significant after 8 weeks.Both the experimental group and the control group have a positive effect on improving finger strength through training methods.2.Through an 8-week training experiment,the results showed that the suspension test,electronic grip strength meter test,and lateral displacement test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the experiment.The specially designed finger Strength training means is more effective than the existing finger Strength training means.3.Through an 8-week training experiment,it was found that the intervention methods in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group.The training methods selected in the experimental group were relatively scientific,and the training effect was better.
