With the breakthrough of information technology,based on scientific and technological innovation,cultivate new momentum of development with informatization and digitization,promote the construction of a new ecology of smart sports in the new era,and affect the development trend and development mode of various fields of traditional sports.In the process of promoting smart sports,management information system,as the application support and centralized embodiment of sports venue information technology,is the main channel and important way to improve the intelligent level of sports venues.Promoting the construction and optimization of intelligent management information system is an inevitable choice for intelligent sports venues to realize comprehensive innovation in technology application,service experience,management efficiency and function integration.It is also an important link in the transformation process of science and technology enabled sports venues.Adhering to the people-oriented principle,the principle of Holistic Governance and the principle of sustainable development,this paper combs,compares and analyzes the existing intelligent literature of China’s sports venue management information system and the relevant data collected through field investigation by using the methods of literature,expert interview and field investigation,and puts forward the platform framework of intelligent sports venue management information system,The basic functions of the new intelligent sports venue management system are selected,and the intelligent sports venue management information system,information database system,intelligent decision-making system and venue operating system are constructed.This study has deepened the understanding of the community on the smart application of stadiums and gymnasiums,and has important academic value and significance for promoting the construction of smart stadiums and gymnasiums and assisting the construction of smart communities and smart cities.The intelligent development level of stadiums and Gymnasiums in China is still in the stage of crossing the river by feeling the stone.The intelligent upgrading of management information system is a long-term and arduous task,facing many difficulties and challenges:(1)the standard lacks top-level design.The theoretical research system lags behind,the practical contents of various smart sports venues are uneven,the application level is lack of scientific operation standards and guidance instructions,and the construction of smart sports venues has not formed a top-level design that traces the source and leads the overall situation.(2)The application technology is not yet mature.The breadth of wisdom experience needs to be improved;Event experience black technology still needs to be polished in technical application;Insufficient attention is paid to the relevance and experience of scene marketing and information technology.(3)Information intrusion has a negative impact.The collection of some information without the knowledge of users is easy to cause moral problems.With the high development of information technology and the risk of privacy infringement,private information has gradually become a profit tool for businesses.(4)Upgrading comes with high costs.The application of new technology in the early stage has high R &D cost and equipment cost.The intelligent upgrading of management information system has greatly increased the fixed cost,variable cost and mixed cost of stadiums and gymnasiums.Through the above research,the following optimization paths are proposed:(1)formulate standards and systematize them scientifically.Follow the scientific development concept,adhere to the guidance of system reform and implement the digital strategy step by step.(2)The transformation and upgrading are differentiated according to the local conditions.According to the differences in basic conditions,we will adopt the differentiated upgrading mode of pioneer leading of large venues,integrated upgrading of medium-sized venues and local transformation of small venues.(3)Simplify links and efficient service process.Build a scientific,convenient and efficient service process.(4)Build a platform and diversify information channels.Use the intelligent management information system platform to solve the problem of asymmetry at both ends of public sports services.(5)Innovative ideas,personalized service experience.Based on the data platform and supported by the new generation of information technology,it provides users with accurate service supply and personalized scene experience.(6)Comprehensive regulation,green environmental protection and ecology.Through the real-time collection,recording and analysis of energy consumption data such as water,electricity,gas and heat in the venue,the visual supervision of energy is realized and the carbon emission is reduced.(7)Independent decision-making and intelligent operation and maintenance management.Extract useful information from the external environment and user behavior,make the system self diagnose,self analyze and make independent decisions through the operation and maintenance control platform,and realize the intelligent combination of equipment static management and data dynamic management.(8)Risk control and systematization of safety governance.Take the leadership of government departments,the participation of social forces and information technology governance as the main means of the security governance system,improve the level of independent decision-making and risk identification and prevention,and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of venue risk response.
