Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous change and development of the Internet,Internet of Things,and other technologies,the construction of universities is also constantly moving towards the direction of information and intelligence,and the promotion of the construction of "smart campus" has entered the level of national development strategy.The classroom is the most basic unit of school,and its intelligent management is the core of realizing the construction of an intelligent campus.However,the intelligent and modern construction of classrooms in Chinese universities is relatively weak.Classrooms are often integrated with air conditioning and other energy consumption equipment,and it is difficult to effectively and timely control this equipment with traditional manual management methods.It is common that the equipment is still in operation when nobody is in the classroom,which will cause significant energy waste over a long period of time.Moreover,truancy is also common in universities.Skipping school not only damages students’ own interests but also brings unfavorable influence on the school reputation.In this regard,starting from how to solve many deficiencies in classroom management,this thesis designs and implements a set of university classroom management and control system from the perspective of administrators,and realizes the remote control of energy consumption equipment in the classroom through the combination of Internet of Things technology and big data technology.With the help of monitoring equipment deployed in classrooms and deep learning technology,students in classroom will be counted and their faces recognized,thus functions like intelligently controlling equipment in classrooms according to the recognition results and automatically checking class attendance will be realized.This thesis mainly carries out research and design from the following aspects:(1)In view of the inconvenience of manual real-time control of classroom energy consumption equipment,different intelligent control technologies are adopted to remotely control air conditioning and power supplies in classroom.The RS485 serial bus is deployed to build the data channel for communication with the air conditioning in the classroom,and the underlying communication program is written according to the Modbus protocol to realize the remote supervision and control on the air conditioning.The intelligent Power Distribution Unit device is used to manage the power supplies in the classroom.With the help of Socket technology to achieve communication,the classroom can be remotely powered on and off.(2)In order to deal with the situation that the accumulated total data from multiple classrooms and devices are huge,big data technology is introduced to ensure the fluency of data collection,transmission,processing,and finally storage in the database of the classroom control system.Logstash and other methods are used to collect data of different types,and the collected data are stably transmitted through Kafka,and analyzed and processed in real time through Spark;at last a hybrid storage model of MySQL+HBase is built to store huge amounts of data and meet the need of real-time and convenient queries.(3)The thesis optimizes the intelligent control function of the system for the classroom based on the remote control of classroom energy consumption equipment: After monitoring equipment in the classroom guarantees the collection of image information in real-time.Combined with the Multi-task Cascaded Convolutional Networks,The face detection of students in the classroom is realized,and the information about the number of students in the classroom is indirectly counted,which can send commands to power-consuming devices automatically.It realizes intelligent control.At the same time,the face information is identified by the FaceNet.Realizing the automatic classroom attendance and providing data for teachers to check class attendance.(4)Integrated the above research results with modules such as remote control of equipment,number detection and face recognition,a complete page system is established with help of Web development technology.The whole system adopts B/S architecture,with the front-end using the Vue.js framework to complete the design and layout of interface components,and the back-end using Spring Boot to realize the processing of system logic.Finally,the deployment of the system is completed through Docker containerization technology.The thesis aims at the problems including high energy consumption of classroom equipment,inconvenient manual management,and unreasonable resource utilization in colleges and universities,studies and designs an intelligent management system for university classrooms combined with a number of technologies.The system has perfect functions,simple operation,beautiful page,and low cost of operation and maintenance.The application of the system can effectively save labor costs,make a practical contribution to the energy-saving management of universities.It is also of practical significance to effectively promote the construction of intelligent and information technology in colleges and universities.
