Research And Development Of Scientific Research Management System Based On Intelligent Recommendation Algorithm

With the development of scientific research and the maturity of Internet plus big data technology,the demand of scientific research management information system is increasing.At the same time,as the main task of colleges and universities,scientific research has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities.At present,many scientific research management systems have some problems,such as rigid management mode,excessive data redundancy,inconsistent recommendation of experts,low management efficiency and so on.This paper optimizes the scientific research management and its process,designs the logical model of scientific research management inform atization based on Web,and develops the inform atization platform.This will greatly improve the efficiency of scientific research personnel and scientific research management personnel.The main tasks are as follows(1)The key algorithms of the project are studied:firstly,the recommendation system is studied,and the information is classified from the two dimensions of scientific research project information and expert information.A large amount of unstructured data is transformed into structured data,information is classified by tags,and the weight of tags is calculated by TF-IDF algorithm.Analysis and comparison of Web crawler technology,using Python based scrapy crawler technology to achieve this project.(2)The paper proposes the research management based on Intelligent Recommendation:LDA theme model is used to extract the classified information.The information of scientific research projects and the information of experts are quantified and expressed by the spatial quantitative model.Cosine value is used to represent the similarity of spatial quantification,and then the similarity between scientific research projects and experts is calculated to realize the intelligent recommendation of scientific research experts.At the same time,the crawler technology is used to add and update the information of expert database automatically,which provides data guarantee for the expert intelligent recommendation.(3)The management system of scientific research project is designed in detail:the system is based on Asp.net The Web development framework is developed in C,python,JavaScript.The background data is saved by using SQL Server 2012 database and important information is encrypted and stored.The main functions of the system include project declaration and modification,project audit,project approval and acceptance management,expert management,project management,announcement management,document management and other functions.After testing,the system has the advantages of simple operation and easy to use.The development of this system can make the project applicant solve the problems of low efficiency and waste of resources under the traditional manual operation,and also meet the needs of the scientific research management department for the information management of project audit,project approval and archiving.The information construction of scientific research project management can greatly enhance the competitive advantage of universities in the field of scientific research.
