VBT(Velocity-Based Training)is a training method that monitors training,strengthens training practice,quantifies fatigue,and determines the appropriate load according to the speed of an athlete’s one-time load of weight.It integrates science and safety.The difficulty score of competitive aerobics is very important to the performance of the competition.Among them,the difficulty of group C is the highest proportion of all difficult movements.The perfect completion of the difficult movements of group C requires the athlete’s good lower body explosive power as the support.Developing the explosive power of the lower limbs of aerobics trainees through VBT is conducive to enriching the methods of aerobics physical fitness training,determining the specific speed and optimal load in the training process,and playing a role in targeted training.Through the instant feedback of speed,sports injuries and excessiveness can be avoided.Training.In this study,16 male aerobics students from Wuhan Sports University were selected as experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.),the experimental intervention was carried out for 8 weeks,and the training was performed twice a week.Before and after the experiment,the maximum strength index,lower limb explosive power index and aerobics sports performance index were tested.Using SPSS 25.0 software,paired sample T test was used within the group,and independent sample T test was used between groups to analyze the effect of VBT on the lower extremity explosive power of aerobics majors in sports schools,and to explore the possible reasons for the experimental results.Provide training reference for the development of lower extremity explosive power.The following research conclusions are drawn:(1)Both VBT and PBT significantly improved the squat 1RM value of aerobics students.In terms of growth rate,VBT was slightly better than PBT in improving maximum strength.(2)VBT and PBT showed a significant increase in air height and peak power,30-meter acceleration run,standing long jump and standing triple jump during the reverse squat jump(CMJ)process of aerobics specialists.From the perspective of growth rate,VBT is slightly better than PBT in improving the explosive power of lower limbs.Before and after the experiment,VBT showed a significant difference in the explosive power index of CMJ,while PBT showed no significant difference.The effect of VBT on the explosive power index of CMJ was better than that of PBT.(3)Both VBT and PBT showed a significant increase in the total scores of flexion leg splitting jump to push-up and exchange leg jump to push-up for aerobics majors,both of which were reflected in a significant increase in action technology and landing stability indicators,and an increase in the scores of air posture and action amplitude,but no significant difference was shown.(4)The transverse comparison of VBT and PBT on aerobics performance showed that in the flexion leg split jump into push-ups,VBT significantly increased the landing stability index,and the total score also significantly increased,and in the exchange leg jump into push-ups,VBT only significantly increased the landing stability index.From the improvement of difficulty movement performance in group C,VBT is more helpful to improve the difficulty score of athletes in preparing postural difficulty movements with jumping as a take-off.
