Bottom line in the sport of tennis forehand and backhand drive the ball technology is the most fundamental and core technology,mastering the technology,can get ahead in the game,therefore,this article through to the tennis secondary athletes in upper limb muscle strength training,the purpose is to search secondary upper body strength training on tennis athlete upper body quality and the effects of the bottom line to hit the ball Search tennis special upper body strength training effective method.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes 20 second-level tennis players from tennis School of Wuhan Sports University as experimental research objects,and carries out a one-week preexperiment and an eight-week formal experiment.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested on the basic physical quality,upper body strength quality,tennis forehand and backhand baseline volley hitting effect,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There were significant changes in the upper body strength,solid ball pushed forward by sitting posture,10-second push-ups,exhaustive push-ups and grip strength of the two groups of athletes,indicating that special upper body strength training and traditional upper body strength training can greatly improve the upper body strength and explosive power of tennis players in sports colleges.There was no significant change in forearm dimension,upper arm relaxation dimension and upper arm tension dimension.(2)The average score of the control group was better than that of the experimental group in the two indexes of upper limb strength and grip strength,and the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in the three indexes of pushing the solid ball before sitting,10-second push-ups and exhaustive push-ups,indicating that traditional upper limb strength training is more helpful to improve the maximum strength of the upper limb.And the special upper limb muscle group strength training is more helpful to improve the upper limb explosive power and strength endurance.(3)The experimental group and control group of students forehand in depth,the hitting accuracy,stability,the swing speed four indicators were bigger,and the experimental group on the hitting precision and stability is superior to control group,shows special upper limb muscle strength training is better than traditional upper body strength training can improve the forehand precision and stability.(4)The experimental group students grades than in the control group,on the stability and the differences between the two groups in depth,the swing speed,on the four indicators have significant ascension,two groups that are two kinds of training scheme will boost athletes backhand effect,and special than upper limb muscle strength training method can improve the stability of backhand more.(5)Several training methods,such as Swiss ball push-ups,elastic belt side swing and dumbbell swing in special upper limb muscle group strength training,are combined with the training method of fast hitting in the baseline movement,which is more helpful to improve the stability and accuracy of forehand and backhand baseline stroke. |
