| The three elements of tennis are depth,Angle and speed.For a player to gain an advantage in the game,he has to go deeper,a more tricky Angle and faster.Therefore,this paper explores the effect of upper limb rapid strength training on the effect of tennis ball.In this paper,by adopting the literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other methods,With 20 students of tennis in 2019 as the experimental objects,Twenty students were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups,Experimental group performed rapid upper limb strength training,The movements of Beijing Sport University to improve rapid strength training,The control group used the traditional training method,After a 12-week experiment,The forehand and backhand hitting effect results obtained from the two training methods,The following conclusions are drawn:1.The students in the experimental group and the students in the control group have improved the three indexes to varying degrees,indicating that the upper limb rapid strength training and the traditional upper limb strength training have improved the forehand and backhand hitting effect of the tennis students to some extent.2.By analyzing the test results of the forehand hitting effect before and after the experimental group and the control group,the hitting depth and ball speed test indicators were significantly improved,and the accuracy of the ball was not significantly improved.It shows that the upper limb rapid strength training has a significant difference in hitting depth and ball speed test,and no significant difference in hitting accuracy.3.By analyzing the test results of the backhand shot effect before and after the experimental group and the control group,the depth and accuracy of the ball were significantly improved,and the ball speed test was not significantly improved.This shows that the upper limb fast strength training showed significant differences in hitting depth and hitting accuracy,and not in ball speed. |
