Research On The Artistic Expression And Promotion Methods Of Taekwondo’s Posture From The Perspective Of Sports Aesthetics

Taekwondo is a competitive sport originated from the Korean Peninsula,which mainly includes competition,character,taekwondo dance and skill breaking,among which character is the most representative practice content in Taekwondo.Character is an exercise system that is arranged and combined with a variety of boxing,block,step,leg and other technical actions,and summarized and arranged into routines according to the change laws of attack and defense conversion,rigidity and softness,urgency,movement and stillness.It contains profound philosophical principles of Taiji and Bagua in China and high aesthetic artistic value.The artistic expressiveness of Taekwondo character refers to the appeal of character practitioners in practicing character.This artistic expressiveness is multiple,strong and full of aesthetic enjoyment.It is also an important judgment basis to measure the level of character practice.Sports aesthetics is a new and interdisciplinary subject,which is the collision and integration of sports and aesthetics.From the perspective of sports aesthetics,we can have a glimpse of the sports beauty and artistic beauty of Taekwondo’s artistic expression,and then explore its promotion space and means from the perspective of aesthetics.Through the research methods of literature,historical comparison,logical analysis and expert interview,and from the perspective of sports aesthetics,this paper focuses on the realistic evaluation criteria and breakthrough space of the artistic expression of Taekwondo style,and studies the specific influencing factors affecting the artistic expression of Taekwondo style in form and content based on the essential characteristics and expression elements of sports aesthetics,Based on this,this paper puts forward the means to improve the artistic expression of Taekwondo character.So as to accurately understand and grasp the connotation of the increasingly prominent artistic expression of Taekwondo,guide the continuous development of Taekwondo,and provide positive theoretical suggestions for realizing the artistry and scientization of Taekwondo.The research shows that from the perspective of sports aesthetics,the formal and content factors of sports beauty have an important impact on the artistic expression of Taekwondo.From the perspective of formal beauty of sports aesthetics,we can seek breakthroughs through basic skills,proficiency,sense of rhythm and contrast,and improve the artistic expression;Under the aesthetic angle of the content of sports beauty,through the beauty of movement and body,it reflects elegance and aesthetics,the beauty of technical movement shows style and difficulty,the beauty of morality and fashion shows etiquette and culture,the beauty of character and clothing shows color and collocation,and the beauty of cultural connotation accumulates deep deposits and ideas.Finally,through the hard practice of technical movements and the improvement of artistic expression from the perspective of sports aesthetics,character practitioners continue to break through the limit of body and aesthetic upper limit,promote the organic combination of external technical movements and internal aesthetic value,and finally realize the multiple unity of spiritual beauty and technical beauty,movement accuracy and artistic expression of Taekwondo character.
