Study On Group Work Intervention Of Farmers’ Participation In Rural Tourism Development Ability Enhancement

Tourism has a huge multiplier effect,the development of rural tourism in rural areas of our country is conducive to increase the economic income of farmers,improve the lives of farmers.As the most basic unit of rural community,the effective participation of farmers plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of rural economic system,improving the benefits of rural tourism development and realizing the sustainable development of rural tourism.However,in the real society,there are still many problems in farmers’ participation in rural tourism development.Although the current research believes that the influence of system and external factors on farmers’ participation cannot be ignored,the lack of farmers’ ability to participate in rural tourism development has a more far-reaching impact on farmers’ participation.Therefore,how to enhance the ability of farmers to participate in tourism development is of great significance to improve the participation of farmers.In recent years,China has continuously promoted the construction of rural talents and accelerated the participation of social workers in rural revitalization,making social workers gradually become the backbone of rural revitalization.Therefore,farmers’ participation in rural tourism has also received the attention of social workers.In practice,due to different development in rural areas,farmers’ participation in rural tourism development ability condition is not consistent,so the social work intervention farmers’ participation in tourism development research needs to improve the capacity according to the specific situation of the rural areas,to choose the appropriate method,theoretical guidance and professional practice to solve the restricting farmers’ participation in tourism development ability to play to the reality of the obstacles,And promote the ability of farmers to participate in rural tourism development.Taking B village in L City as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the status quo of local farmers’ ability to participate in tourism development,and explores effective ways for social work to intervene in farmers’ ability to participate in tourism development through group work under the guidance of the empowerment theory.The study will be conducted from the following four aspects: First,assess the needs of participants of the camping project in VILLAGE B,understand the problems they face in the process of participation,and develop service plans;Second,implement group activities according to the group plan,and flexibly arrange the content of activities according to the actual situation;Third,evaluate group activities to understand the effectiveness of service;Fourth,summarize and reflect,and put forward suggestions for promoting farmers’ ability to participate in tourism development.
