| Ocal high-level ice and snow sports related talents,focus on training reserve talents for This paper makes a detailed study of the development status of ice and snow sports in Gansu Province by using the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and field investigation,so as to understand the development trend of ice and snow sports in Gansu Province and give reasonable suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Snow and ice sports characteristic schools in Gansu Province are in a stable development stage: Gansu province has ice and snow sports in high schools,primary schools,there are more than 60 students in the school to participate in the activities of ice and snow outside form rich variety,and the students involved in the snow and ice movement more common phenomenon,teenagers high-level event increased year by year,the ice and snow sports alternative project to carry out the game more,activity games single,regional imbalance of primary and secondary schools to participate in the ice and snow sports.(2)The development of mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province is gradually on the right track: Gansu province significantly increased sense of the masses of ice and snow sports fitness,participate in ice and snow sports population has reached 1 million,with the ice and snow sports sports population increased year by year,over the years significantly increasing scale of construction making snow ski resort,the masses to participate in the activities of ice and snow in the form of more and more rich,the masses of ice and snow sports activities gradually tend to be diversified and systematized.(3)The competitive ice and snow sports in Gansu province belongs to the initial development stage: the ice and snow policies are gradually moving from the growth stage to the mature stage,and there are breakthrough changes in the release of relevant policies,with a significant increase in the release number and more specific and targeted content.The athletes actively participated in training and competition,and achieved a breakthrough of "zero" MEDALS,marking the gradual start of competitive ice and snow sports in Gansu Province.The professional team of Yuanye skiing and biathlon was established in 2019,and the professional team of junior alpine skiing was established in 2022.It can be seen that,combining with the actual situation of gansu province,we should develop the competitive events of winter sports in gansu Province,improve the competitive level of snow and ice sports in Gansu Province,and provide more professional talents of snow and ice sports for the country.The training of social instructors,coaches and referees related to ice and snow sports is in full swing,and the training of talents related to ice and snow sports shows a rising trend.In view of the development status of snow and ice sports in gansu province,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)in terms of characteristic schools of snow and ice sports,schools should compile popular science books and practical textbooks,provide professional training for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,encourage schools to organize snow and ice sports events,and encourage schools to cooperate with social organizations.(2)In terms of mass ice and snow sports,strengthen the publicity of ice and snow sports culture,actively carry out various events of ice and snow sports,actively hold mass ice and snow sports events,and actively establish social organizations of ice and snow sports.(3)In the aspect of competitive ice and snow sports,strengthen the professional construction of ice and snow sports teams,focus on training l ice and snow sports. |
