healthy.Effectively participate in physical exercises and enhance their physical health.Through the comparison and analysis of the test index data before and after the experiment,we can understand the influence of yoga on the physical health of middle-aged women,enhance the physical function,body shape and physical fitness of middle-aged women,and promote the development of yoga projects in the middle-aged group.Method: This article selects the literature method,interview method,testing method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and selects middle-aged women between 45-59 years old as the research object,and at the same time divides the experimental objects into experimental groups and In the control group,the number of people in the two groups was the same(31 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group).The experimental group had 3 months of yoga training,and the control group did not take any intervention measures.For the data obtained in the experiment,SPSS statistical software was used to complete the analysis.Results:(1)In terms of body shape: After 13 weeks of yoga intervention,there was no significant difference between the weight of the experimental group and the BMI index(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the weight of the control group and the BMI index(P>0.05).After analyzing the experiment There is no significant difference between the two groups of data(P>0.05).(2)In terms of physical function: After 13 weeks of yoga intervention,there was a significant difference in vital capacity indicators in the experimental group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in vital capacity in the control group(P>0.05).The data of the two groups after the experiment were analyzed.Significant difference(P<0.05);there is a very significant difference in the step test index of the experimental group(P<0.01),and there is no significant difference in the step test index of the control
