Have new contradictions in the new period,with the improvement of China’s comprehensive strength,has been converted into social principal contradictions of our country people the growing demand for a better life and the contradiction between the inadequate development of unbalance.People yearning for a better life,the greater the means to own the higher attention,people began to more and more attention to their health,at the same time,the improvement of national fitness consciousness,makes people pay more attention to fitness,pay attention to their own basic sport ability of the body.However,when we focus on the physical exercise program,we pay more attention to the results achieved,and lack of attention to the completion of the action quality,which can lead to the occurrence of sports injuries.Under the background of the current implementation of the national fitness movement,this research adopts the double contrast design experiment method,from the female body health development demands,in yoga exercise intervention,as a function of FMS action screening as a means of testing,in-depth analysis of yoga to the influence of middle-aged female body basic sports ability,to improve the middle-aged women can open a new direction,basic sport ability of body confirm yoga exercise value.In this study,60 middle-aged women working in the party school of hunan provincial party school were selected as the subjects,aged 45-59 years old,with no significant physical diseases and mental disorders.The 12-week yoga intervention program was extended from March 15 to June 15,2017,without interfering with the exercise habits of the original subjects.Select FMS test namely,linear lunges squat squat step,active straight leg lift,hurdles,stable rotation,the trunk stability push-ups and shoulder joint flexibility test seven additional qualifications test,and shoulder flanked exemplary push-ups exemplary and hips back exemplary testing three auxiliary exemplary testing to screening and evaluation of middle-aged female body basic sports ability.According to the requirements of the FMS test,the scores of the two graders were graded,and the scores of the graders were well tested(k = 0.68~1).The prevalence of injury was investigated.Yoga exercise research purposes:based on the experimental group and irregular exercise test index of the control group,this paper compares and analyzes the research yoga exercise intervention to improve the middle-aged female body the influence of basic sports ability.The results are as follows:1.by using independent sample T test method to respond to the control group and experimental group before the experiment subjects basic sport ability of body 7 indicators for testing,P>0.05,shows that the experimental basic sport ability in the two groups before the body has no significant difference.2.by using independent sample T test method to the control group and experimental group basic sport ability of body reaction after experimental subjects 7 indicators testing found that except the torso rotational stability test and shoulder flexibility functions,test indicators of the experimental group with very significant difference(P<0.01).It indicates that the intervention of yoga has a significant effect on improving the basic motor ability of middle-aged women.3.in order to compare with the irregular yoga exercise on middle-aged female body basic sport ability and the effect of using independent sample T test method to respond to the control group before and after the experiment subjects basic sport ability of body 7 indicators for testing,P>0.05,shows irregular movement in improving basic health movement ability was no significant effect.Moreover,the average variation of each index is not obvious.4.in order to study yoga exercise on middle-aged female body basic sports ability,through the use of paired sample T test method for the experimental group with yoga exercise intervention in response before and after the experiment the body basic sports ability test of five indexes,find that indicators are very significant difference(P<0.01),and after the experiment before the test indicators are significantly better and experimental test values.5.After 12 weeks of yoga intervention,the experimental group that conducted yoga intervention and the control group with irregular physical exercise showed significant differences in the indicators of the basic motor ability of the body.Moreover,the experimental group and the control group had very significant differences in squats,straight lunges,active straight leg lifts,and hurdle test indexes.In this experiment,the control variables and the intervention of yoga led to a great improvement in the indicators of the basic motor ability of middle-aged women in the experimental group compared with the control group.After 12 weeks of yoga exercise intervention,improve the experimental basic sports ability,middle-aged women’s body,irregular exercise on middle-aged women body’s ability to basic movement.The basic physical exercise ability of middle-aged women has been rapidly improved through effective yoga intervention,while its balance,flexibility and strength have also been developed to varying degrees.Overall,middle-aged women have increased control over their bodies.It showed that after the middle age women participated in sports,the basic physical ability of the body improved significantly. |
