| The image perception of kindergarten teachers refers to the social evaluation perceived by kindergarten teachers,which includes the external appearance,personality traits,moral quality,social status and professional ability of kindergarten teachers.In recent years,the overall social evaluation of kindergarten teachers is not high,which includes the questioning of the professional work of kindergarten teachers and the disapprobation of their social status,etc.These evaluations may have some influence on the educational psychology and educational behavior of kindergarten teachers.Some studies have indirectly proved that psychological capital and job performance are influenced by image perception,but what is the status of kindergarten teachers’ image perception? Will the image perception of kindergarten teachers affect the psychological capital and work performance of kindergarten teachers?No conclusion has been reached and further study is needed.Based on the method of literature and interview,this paper defines the content structure of kindergarten teachers’ image,and further compiles a preliminary test questionnaire to measure kindergarten teachers’ image perception.The retest questionnaire was formed after the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the initial test data.The retest questionnaire was used to collect data again.After the exploratory factor analysis,reliability test and confirmatory factor analysis,the formal questionnaire with good reliability and validity was completed.Good formal questionnaire.The "Kindergarten Teacher Image Perception Questionnaire" was used to investigate the current situation of kindergarten teacher image perception.The relationship between image perception,psychological capital and job performance of kindergarten teachers is analyzed based on the effective data collected from teacher psychological capital questionnaire and teacher job performance scale.The research conclusion makes clear the importance of kindergarten teachers’ image perception and the necessity of improving the image of kindergarten teachers.The research mainly used SPSS21.0 and Amos17.0 statistical software for data processing.The study mainly came to the following conclusions:1.The public’s evaluation of kindergarten teachers mainly includes five aspects:external appearance,personality traits,moral quality,social status and professional ability.Kindergarten teacher image is a multi-dimensional structural system,which mainly includes five dimensions: external image,personality image,teacher ethics image,social image and professional image.2.The self-edited "Kindergarten Teacher Image Perception Questionnaire" consists of a total of 15 items in three dimensions: professional image,personality image and social image.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and the fitting indexes are ideal,which can be used as a tool to measure kindergarten teachers’ image perception.3.The image perception of kindergarten teachers is generally at the upper middle level,and the ranking of each dimension is: personality image> professional image>social image.Kindergarten teachers’ image perception has significant differences in background variables such as age,education,major,teaching age,establishment,nature of the garden,address of the garden,and monthly income.4.Kindergarten teachers’ image perception could significantly positively predict psychological capital and work performance,after considering the mediation effect of psychological capital,image perceived impact on the performance of the total effect and indirect effect is remarkable,the direct effect is not significant,showed that psychological capital in the process of image perception affect job performance plays an intermediary role completely. |
