| With China’s increasing economic strength and accelerating social development,the lack of income equity,severe employment problems,unreasonable social structure and other practical problems are becoming increasingly prominent.With the intensification of the above problems,more and more young people have embarked on the road of breaking the law and committing crimes,resulting in a substantial increase in juvenile crime cases in recent years,Juvenile delinquency has become a common problem in our society,and has gradually shown the characteristics of low age and serious.It is a great honor for the author to enter the H District Community Correction Center as a social work intern and participate in the D Youth Community Correction Project.Through practice,the author has a comprehensive understanding of the development status of the H District Community Correction and the implementation of the project.Analyze the characteristics and causes of juvenile community correction objects’ crimes,and understand the needs of juvenile community correction objects through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the extended clinical perspective,from the perspective of individual and environment,this paper presents in detail the specific measures of applying social work professional methods to the practice of community correction of adolescents,studies how it intervenes and plays a role in the practice of community correction of adolescents,and discusses the problems existing in the practice.Finally,based on the reflection of practical experience,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.The article mainly consists of the following five parts.The first part firstly introduces the background,significance and research methods of social work intervention in adolescent community correction.Secondly,literature review is carried out to clarify the research status of this field.Finally,the main concepts used in this paper are defined.The second part first presents the overall development status of community correction work for adolescents,then focuses on introducing the general situation and main modes of social work intervention,and finally comprehensively evaluates the positive effects and deficiencies of social work intervention in community correction for adolescents.The third part first analyzes the characteristics of juvenile delinquency,and finally focuses on the necessity and feasibility of judicial and social work to intervene in community correction of juvenile delinquency.The fourth part firstly introduces and analyzes the crime types and causes of the objects of juvenile community correction in District H,then analyzes the general situation of the project of juvenile community correction in District D,and finally analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional practice of juvenile community correction,and discusses the advantages of social work in the participation of juvenile community correction in District H.The fifth part,based on the practice of D youth community correction project,reflects on the practice process of H district community correction,analyzes the problems existing in the process of social work intervention,and puts forward reference suggestions for improving the development path of social work in H district to participate in youth community correction based on practical experience.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of social work intervention,and according to the practical experience,puts forward some suggestions for improving the development path of social work participation in youth community correction in H District. |
