| Research Purposes: The evolution of Basketball Competition rules is closely related to the development of basketball techniques and tactics and the spread of basketball culture,this article takes the basketball rule evolution to the basketball technique and tactics and the basketball culture influence as the research object,can enhance the referee to the rule evolution goal and the significance understanding,grasps the rule evolution accurately the spiritual intention,to help referees understand the essence of the evolution of rules,to clarify the evolution of rules to encourage fast speed,strong confrontation,high viewing and to limit bad behavior,so as to improve referees’ practice and theoretical level;To lay a solid foundation for the athletes to establish an advanced and reasonable system of techniques and tactics in their daily training and competitions;Use the rules rationally and give full play to their own technical ability within the limits allowed by the rules;Exploring the inner connection between basketball culture and basketball rules not only enriches the content of basketball culture,but also clarifies the influence of the rules on it,so as to enrich theoretical knowledge.Research Methods: Research methods: through the methods of Literature Review,expert interviews,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of the major evolution of basketball rules on basketball techniques and tactics and basketball culture,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The evolution of basketball rules promotes the development of basketball in the direction of health,civilization,fairness and justice.(2)Spatial rules: The changes of spatial rules such as the three-point line,the restricted area,the no-hitting semi-circle area,and the boundary line of throwing the ball require the athletes’ physical quality and the level of skills and tactics more comprehensively,so as to promote the level of skills and tactics of basketball.(3)Time rules: the evolution of time rules such as 8s,14 s,24s,speeds up the conversion speed of attack and defense,speeds up the competition rhythm,encourages the athletes to defend actively,promotes the development of defensive techniques and tactics;The Times and speed of attack and defense are accelerated,and the competition is more splendid,the fast scoring ability of the athletes has been improved,the total score has been rising.(4)Violations and fouls: the revision of the illegal rules,such as carrying the ball away and disturbing the ball,has brought about rapid and diversified technical movements,and increased the appreciation of basketball competitions;the evolution of the illegal rules,such as technical fouls and violations of the spirit of sports,etc.,more strict requirements for foul,better protection of athletes,to promote basketball to a more civilized and healthy direction.(5)Material culture: Material Culture guarantees the development of basketball and promotes the evolution of rules,which promotes the improvement of material culture and creates a good competition environment.(6)Spiritual culture: With the continuous improvement of basketball rules,the characteristics of strong confrontation,high space and rapidity become more and more prominent,which is conducive to the formation of the spiritual culture of unity,struggle and will of athletes,the dissemination of spiritual culture has promoted the formation and development of basketball culture.(7)Behavioral culture: The continuous evolution of basketball rules has made athletes’ behavior more standardized,which is conducive to the formation of behavioral culture,and the development of behavioral culture has promoted the development of basketball culture,which puts forward higher requirements for rules,and then promote the basketball culture to a more civilized,healthy direction.(8)The continuous evolution of basketball rules has enriched the form and content of the system culture,restricted the malpractices of opportunism on both sides of the game,further improved the system culture,and promoted the development of the game in the direction of fairness and justice,promoted the basketball culture to the civilization,the healthy direction development. |
