| This research takes the impact of functional sports games on the training effects of amateur tennis skills as the research object,and conducts research through literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.This study selects the test indicators and methods of the "Chinese Youth Tennis Training Syllabus",and uses expert interviews to determine the two major indicators of tennis specific physical fitness and tennis technical skills.According to the "syllabus",specific physical fitness is tested.The indicators are divided into four indicators:flexibility,strength,speed,agility,and coordination.The special technical test indicators are divided into four indicators: forehand spin technique,backhand spin technique,overhand serve technique,and mobility.This research aims at specific technical training and specific physical fitness training in tennis.The functional sports games created use functional training equipment and functional training actions,which have functional training characteristics.Through expert questionnaires,the six functional sports games created were screened into three representative games,which were applied to forehand and backhand spin technique training,overhand serve technique training and special physical fitness training in amateur tennis training..A comparative experiment between functional sports games and conventional sports games was conducted.After the experiment,the two groups of trainees were tested and compared on their specific tennis skills and physical fitness to verify that functional sports games can improve training effects in amateur tennis training.Explore The rules and principles to be followed for the creation of functional sports games for amateur tennis trainers.In the control group experiment,32 teenagers aged 12-13 who have more than 5 years of amateur tennis training as the object,tested according to the selected test indicators and recorded their results.Control subjects are divided into experimental subjects who have not been trained in functional sports games;the experiment is a single-blind experiment,and the students do not know whether to participate in the experiment;the evaluation indicators of the specific physical fitness performance and specific technical performance are based on the "Chinese Youth Tennis Training Syllabus" Development of evaluation indicators and methods.Intervene in sports games under the above circumstances.The experimental group uses functional sports games,and the control group uses conventional sports games.Both groups are tested in the same environment.Conclusions:(1)Create a functional sports game-tank bombing,use functional training equipment based on agility training ladders,and combine functional training actions such as standing sideways toss the ball,weight-bearing squats,and foot bridges to adapt to tennis Special training is required for forehand and backhand spin.After a 12-week experiment,the test scores of the two groups of subjects’ tennis forehand spin technique not only have significant differences,but the average scores of forehand depth and forehand accuracy of the experimental group are higher.It shows that in amateur tennis training,functional sports games can improve the training effect of tennis forehand and backhand spin technique more significantly than conventional sports games.In amateur tennis training,it is more conducive to the improvement of tennis forehand and backhand spin technique..(2)Create a functional sports game-Transformers,use weight-bearing lunges,single-leg standing to throw a solid ball,foot forward jumping,weight-bearing squat,knee and elbow side support and other functional training actions,adapt to tennis special training Technical training requirements for overhand serve.After a 12-week experiment,the tennis overhand serve technique of the experimental group was significantly better.It shows that functional sports games can improve the training effect of tennis overhand technique better than conventional sports games,so functional sports games can significantly improve the training effect of tennis overhand technique in amateur tennis training.(3)Create a functional sports game-like a step tiger palm,use functional training equipment based on agility training ladders,combined with single leg support-double push hands,weight-bearing squats,double-leg gluteus bridges and other functions The training moves are adapted to the physical training requirements of tennis training.After a 12-week experiment,the two groups of experimental subjects had significant differences in the test scores of strength,speed,agility and coordination,except for the insignificant test scores of flexibility,and the experimental group was better than the control group.It shows that in amateur tennis training,functional sports games improve physical fitness training performance more significantly than conventional sports games,and it is more conducive to the improvement of physical fitness effects in amateur tennis training.(4)The use of functional sports games in amateur tennis training can significantly improve the upper and lower limb strength,speed,agility and coordination training results of the tennis special physical fitness compared with conventional sports games,and the training results of flexibility quality.Although it has been improved,it is similar to regular sports games.Compared with conventional sports games,it can significantly improve the training results of the four tennis special techniques of tennis forehand spin technique,tennis backhand spin technique,tennis overhand serve technique and mobility.In theory and practice,functional sports games can improve the effects of amateur tennis training.(5)Through a 12-week experiment,the three functional sports games created by this research institute can improve the effect of amateur tennis training,that is,special physical fitness and special technical results,and functional sports games are feasible.In amateur tennis training,functional sports games can enrich the content of sports games,and improve the training results of the trainees’ tennis specific technical skills and the scientific instruction ability of the coaches in a targeted manner.Promote
