Research On The Practice Of Social Work Intervening In The Construction Of Post-unit Community

The governance at the grassroots level reflects to a large extent the modernization level of the national governance system and governance capabilities.As a grassroots governance unit,communities have undoubtedly attracted attention.In recent years,the term "community governance" has frequently appeared in major meetings of the central government,which is sufficient to illustrate the importance of community governance.Practice in many places has proved that community building has a significant effect on improving the level of community governance.In the past,community building projects mostly landed in ordinary communities,and there were not many projects specifically aimed at post-unit community building.As a special type of communities in my country in the post-unit system era,post-unit communities are mainly divided into restructuring state-owned enterprise communities,bankrupt state-owned enterprise communities,and government institutions family member areas.The S worker community in this study is a restructuring state-owned enterprise community.Judging from previous studies,the research on unit community building after the intervention of social work rarely starts from the perspective of social work,and even less intervenes from the perspective of community building.Therefore,the author has been thinking about the post-unit community as a special form of community.What is the status quo?What are the problems with community building? In what ways can social work intervene to create? Can you summarize the path of practice?The construction of the unit community after the intervention of social work is not only the need for the improvement of the governance level of the post-unit community,but also the need for the improvement of the happiness of the residents of the post-unit community,and the need for deepening the field of community social work services.This study uses the Zhengzhou S worker community construction project as a research case,collects first-hand data through field research,participation and observation,questionnaire survey and unstructured interviews,and investigates and analyzes the existence of idle hardware facilities and collective memory loss in the S worker community.,Waste of human resources,decreased sense of community responsibility of the original enterprise employees in the community,increased heterogeneity of community residents,intimacy tends to be broken,creating "monotonous and boring" problems,creating the subject of "self-care" problems,and designing intervention plans for the problems,Through the practical process of tapping the advantageous resources of the community,forming community volunteer teams,creating "interesting communities",creating "warm communities",creating "cultural communities" and creating "good governance communities",the creation of the S worker community into a co-construction Govern a shared community together.Finally,it puts forward that the practice path of unit community construction after the intervention of social work is to dig deep in construction resources,increase the participation of residents,create diversified forms of construction,and diversify the main body of construction.At the same time,reflect on the investment,effects and limitations of the project.Generally speaking,the practice model of unit community construction after social work has been involved has broadened the service areas of social work and enriched the construction methods of social work involved in unit community construction,which has certain academic and practical significance.
