Practical Research On Social Work In Assisting Unit-based Community Home-based Elderly Care Services

At present,the degree of aging in my country is further deepening,and unit-type communities are also deeply troubled by the elderly.In particular,the transition from unit-based pensions to community-based pensions has made pensions a major issue in optimizing unit-based community governance.The state actively promotes the pension policy,in which social work continues to develop as a new support force for the community to alleviate the plight of the elderly.In this context,it is of great value to discuss social work to assist home-based elderly care services in unit-type communities.This paper takes the unit-type community of M community in Y city as an example,and discusses the use of professional methods in social work to provide assistance for the construction and development of community home-based care services.On the basis of reviewing and sorting out the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the relevant topics of this research,through interviews,questionnaires,and participatory observation methods,we deeply understand the basic situation of the M community,the needs of elderly care services,the existing advantages and problems,and analyze that they cannot be effectively solved.causes of pension problems.With the help of the theoretical guidance of social support,community development and demand level,a series of service measures have been carried out for the construction and development of home-based elderly care services in the M community,clarifying the division of responsibilities,providing professional services,integrating service resources,and strengthening interaction with community residents.To meet the needs of residents for elderly care services,improve the ability of community home care services,and ultimately realize the sustainable development of community home care services.After the service was launched,the completion of social work service,service effect and satisfaction were evaluated,and it was found that the social work service in M community was recognized and affirmed by the community and residents,which provided important support for alleviating the development dilemma of the elderly in M community.,confirming that this interventional approach is feasible.In addition,on the basis of reflection on the limitations of social work professional services and the development barriers of home-based elderly care services in unit-based communities,it further proposes countermeasures and suggestions from social work,community and social levels.It is hoped that it can provide some experience and reference for the development of community home-based elderly care according to local conditions,and bring some thoughts for my country to cope with the aging crisis and the transformation and construction of unit-based communities.
