The Application Of Project Management Theory In Students Employment Guidance For Private Institute

Nowadays, the reform of higher education in China has been developed rapidly,higher education has changed from "elite" to “popular” advance, private institute as anew mode of school system, further confirms the development of popular education.Theprivate institute appeared in the new21st century, only twelve years ago, and morestudents has accessed to higher education. However, the issue that is increasingly difficult for thegraduates to find jobs is becoming a subject of public concern, the private institute is a newthing, has not been recognized by the whole society, the employment of graduates hasmany difficulties,while the employment rate and employment level of quality of private institutehas directly affect on the survival and sustainable development of the private institute, the work ofcareer guidance of students in private institute is facing serious challenges, the career guidanceto students on how to take effective measures, the guidance system of how to build aneffective long-term system is particularly important.The change of employment mechanism of graduates, from sub-unified planmechanism to “self-choice, two way choice” market mechanism, which makes theemployment guidance work quickly change from the traditional mode to adapt themarket economy direction. In this paper, in contrast to domestic and foreignuniversities on the employment guidance of institute students, taking one privateinstitute of Tianjin University as an example, by using the method of questionnaireinvestigation, on the basis of original obtain employment guidance work theory andpractice, using the project management theory, this paper proposes a whole course,whole-staff-participation employment guidance mode, the student employmentguidance as a whole medium-and long-term project to operation and management,including project startup, project planning, project execution, project control andproject optimization process, at the same time to construction of private institutestudents’ employment guidance and project management process, includingorganization, education, service system, forming stage throughout the universityemployment guidance in different grades, different circumstances, different studentsof different projects and controlling measures, so as to explain the whole process ofproject management, proposes the practical and feasible operation processes andprograms, helping employment guidance work smoothly, and providing somepractical reference for the private institute of employment guidance.
