User Research And Interaction Design Of Intelligent Speaker In Child Rearing Scene

At present,the total number of children in China is increasing,and the size of parenting population is huge.The parents of post-80 s and post-90 s have become the main force of parenting,and they have higher education background and economic ability,and the consumption scale is huge.However,due to the great social pressure,many parenting families have problems such as children’s lack of parents’ company and excessive use of electronic devices.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its core technologies such as deep learning,natural language processing,computer vision and data mining are widely used in various fields.Among them,intelligent voice is the most popular AI technology,such as virtual assistant,intelligent customer service,intelligent companion robot,intelligent speaker and so on.The form of human machine interaction gradually extends from visual interaction to voice interaction,gesture interaction,etc.Among them,children’s accompanying intelligent products can help parents solve the problems of education and accompanying.Taking the intelligent speaker as an example,it uses voice interaction technology and carries a variety of educational resources to assist children’s learning with interactive experience and immersion education.At the same time,it can also use mobile phone remote control equipment to facilitate parent-child communication,and help parents manage children’s daily life and supervise their learning through content push,remote monitoring,alarm clock reminder and other functions.This topic comes from the Intelligent Speaker Children Project,which the author participated in during his internship in Xiaomi Xiao ai artificial intelligence department.The main research content is the user research of parenting group and the interaction design of speaker children mode.In the research stage,this topic adopts UCD（User centered design refers to user centered design）research method,this method user experience as the center of design decision,emphasizing the mode of user priority over design,conducting in-depth research on parenting parents and children,paying attention to and considering user’s use habits,interaction mode,visual experience and other aspects,and finally through the derivation path from lifestyle to life appeal,and then to product appeal,the conclusion is drawn the three functions of children’s mode of intelligent speaker are introduced.In the design stage,based on the user experience element model,this paper analyzes the strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer and performance layer of children’s mode,analyzes the user experience from the top-down perspective of users,and analyzes the design process from the bottom-up perspective of designers,so as to get the interactive system design of the product.According to the unique use scene of intelligent speaker,the author uses the intelligent hardware analysis method of "man-machine environment + scene",and obtains the interactive design direction of children mode of intelligent speaker.This design method considers the needs of users from the environment and scene of speakers and provides a new idea for the interaction design of intelligent speakers.
